Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una mezcla electroquímicamente activa, que trabaja dentro de una batería recargable; esta mezcla consiste en óxido de manganeso y hexacianoferrato de potasio como fase activa, un material electrónicamente conductor y un aglutinante polimérico; la anterior mezcla descrita se usa como un componente del electrodo positivo en baterías recargables, en donde el electrodo negativo consiste en zinc, estaño o metal de manganeso; gracias a estas características particulares, la batería obtenida es capaz de reproducir más de 10,000 ciclos con una pérdida de capacidad de almacenamiento de no más del 10% y un voltaje de circuito abierto de más de 1.5 V.
