Abstract

Un metodo para controlar el volumen constante de aire de un dispositivo electrico con una funcion de salida de aire o de entrada de aire. El metodo comprende: utilizar una unidad de motor que no tiene un controlador, y establecer M funciones de control del volumen constante de aire Qi = F(n) correspondientes a M puntos de volumen de aire CFMi en un microprocesador de un controlador de sistema, en donde Q puede ser la potencia de entrada, la corriente directa del bus de corriente o el torque, y n es la velocidad de rotacion del motor; recibir o prestablecer un valor del volumen de aire objetivo IN-CFM ; determinar que el valor del volumen de aire objetivo IN-CFM se encuentra entre dos puntos de volumen de aire CFMi y CFMi-1 conocidos; calcular la funcion de control del volumen constante de aire Q0 = F(n) correspondiente al valor del volumen de aire objetivo IN-CFM utilizando los dos puntos de volumen de aire CFMi y CFMi-1 determinados en un metodo de interpolacion; y controlar el parametro del motor Q0 y la velocidad de rotacion n, de manera que el motor opere a lo largo de una curva definida por la funcion de control del volumen constante de aire Q0 = F(n), y por consiguiente se asegure un volumen constante de aire de entrada o salida del dispositivo electrico. El metodo es de calculo simple, de manera que se ahorran costos y se simplifica la estructura del producto.
