Abstract
Se describe un método para la estimación de las variables de velocidad y fuerza de fondo de pozo en una ubicación arbitraria de una sarta de perforación en movimiento (13) con base en mediciones en la superficie de las mismas variables, en donde el método comprende las etapas de: a) utilizar geometría y propiedades elásticas de dicha sarta de perforación (13) para calcular funciones de transferencia que describen relaciones de amplitud y fase dependientes de la frecuencia entre combinaciones cruzadas de dichas variables de velocidad y fuerza en la superficie y en el fondo de pozo; b) seleccionar un período de tiempo base; c) medir, directa o indirectamente, variables de velocidad y fuerza en la superficie, acondicionar dichos datos medidos mediante la aplicación de filtros antiplegamiento y/o de decimación, y almacenar los datos acondicionados en medios de almacenamiento de datos que conservan dichas mediciones de datos de superficie acondicionados por lo menos durante el último período de tiempo base transcurrido, d) en la actualización de dichos medios de almacenamiento de datos, calcular las variables de fondo de pozo en el dominio de frecuencia mediante la aplicación de una transformada integral, tal como la transformada de Fourier, de las variables de superficie, multiplicar los resultados con dichas funciones de transferencia, aplicar la transformada integral inversa a sumas de términos coherentes y elegir puntos en dichos períodos de tiempo base para obtener estimaciones de tiempo de demora de las variables de velocidad dinámica y fuerza.
