Abstract
La invención se refiere a un sistema para la limpieza y esterilización de un flujo de agua. El sistema comprende una línea de tratamiento principal con una bomba para bombear agua desde un almacenamiento de agua, un filtro principal, una estación de esterilización y una salida del sistema. El filtro principal cuenta con un primer elemento de filtro y una pieza de retrolavado por inversión de flujo para lavar el primer elemento de filtro con agua de retrolavado por inversión de flujo. La línea de tratamiento secundaria se conecta con una salida de la pieza de retrolavado por inversión de flujo, y tiene un filtro de retrolavado por inversión de flujo para eliminar los sedimentos del agua de retrolavado por inversión de flujo. El filtro principal está diseñado de tal modo que la diferencia de presión sobre el primer elemento de filtro es de por lo menos 0,1 bar (10 kpa) y el filtro de retrolavado por inversión de flujo está diseñado de tal modo que la diferencia de presión sobre el elemento de filtro de retrolavado por inversión de flujo es inferior a 0,05 bar (5 kPa).
