Abstract
Nano y micromateriales compuesto y métodos para hacerlos y el uso de los mismos. Los materiales compuestos constan de materiales cristalinos (por ejemplo, óxidos de vanadio binario y ternario) en un material amorfo o cristalino (por ejemplo, materiales de óxido sulfuro y selenuro). Estos materiales pueden hacerse usando procesos sol-gel. Los materiales compuestos pueden estar presentes como una película o como sustrato.
