Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para purificar ooquistes coccidios que tienen dimensiones entre Dmin y Dmáx de heces, que comprende los pasos de recolectar las heces que contienen los ooquistes coccidios de animales huéspedes, diluir las heces en un medio acuoso, separar una fracción basta que comprende materia particulada macroscópica de las heces diluidas y recolectar una fracción acuosa que contiene los ooquistes, caracterizado porque el método comprende además tamizar la fracción acuosa sobre un primer tamiz que tiene aberturas de malla para permitir que pasen los ooquistes, para obtener un filtrado acuoso que comprende los ooquistes y un primer residuo que comprende partículas más grandes que los ooquistes, y tamizar el filtrado acuoso sobre un segundo tamiz que tiene aberturas de malla para obstruir el paso de los ooquistes a través de este tamiz, para obtener un segundo residuo que comprende los ooquistes purificados y un filtrado ceñido que comprende partículas más pequeñas que los ooquistes; la invención también se refiere a un sistema adecuado para aplicar este método y a los ooquistes obtenidos con el mismo.
