Abstract
Se describe un método para purificar un producto proteínico preparado en un proceso de fermentación donde la proteína de interés está presente en forma sólida, cristalina o amorfa en el contenedor de fermentación, donde el pH del caldo de fermentación se ajusta a un pH bajo, mediante lo cual se disuelve la proteína de interés y puede separarse de manera eficaz de la parte insoluble.
