Abstract

La presente invención proporciona agonistas de la señalización de FGF21. En particular, la presente invención proporciona agonistas del receptor FGF21 (FGF21R) que son capaces de unir simultáneamente ßKlotho (KLB) y/o FGFR1c para imitar la actividad de señalización de FGF21.
