Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un sistema de alarma antirrobo y de monitoreo de un vehículo de motor, en donde el sistema comprende una pluralidad de sensores que detectan vibración, movimiento, apertura y daños al vehículo; sensores los cuales transmiten o interrumpen una señal respectiva a un procesador el cual se comunica con un dispositivo de comunicación inalámbrica de manera que el sistema de alarma es capaz de comunicarse con un dispositivo móvil del dueño del vehículo para recibir, en dicho dispositivo móvil, reportes de estatus del vehículo tras la detección de una situación de alarma detectada por el sistema y/o después de solicitar, mediante dicho dispositivo móvil, un reporte de estatus actualizado del vehículo. La invención también contempla una aplicación móvil instalada en el dispositivo móvil del dueño del vehículo para visualizar los reportes de estatus del vehículo y que provee además una plataforma interactiva gráfica para que el usuario seleccione y transmita información e instrucciones a ser ejecutadas por el sistema de alarma del vehículo. La invención incluye además métodos de funcionamiento y de comunicación del sistema de alarma y del dispositivo móvil, así como programas de computadora relacionados con dichos métodos implementados por dichos dispositivos.
