Abstract

El sistema, método y proceso para la desinfección de superficies internas en tanques y tuberías asépticos mediante inundación con niebla sanitizante en instalaciones diseñadas para almacenar líquidos en general, este sistema comprende un equipo externo con medios para generar niebla sanitizante, medios de control de caudal de gas, detectores en línea y medios de drenado de gases en el interior del tanque, medios de entrada de los medios de transporte de niebla que comprenden gases inertes. El proceso de desinfección comprende la introducción de una niebla sanitizante con gotas con un tamaño máximo de 10µm, de preferencia con un tamaño máximo de 5µm, de manera simultánea con la eliminación de gases contenidos dentro de estos tanques y tuberías, manteniendo una presión positiva dentro de estos tanques y tuberías, este método proporciona reducción de la concentración de oxígeno dentro de los tanques en dos pasos, el primero comprende la reducción a cerca del 10% y el segundo una reducción a un valor por debajo del 1%, llenando del tanque con una niebla sanitizante durante el segundo paso.
