Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a esferas de espirulina y/o al menos un nutracéutico impermeables en medios acuosos y/o cualquier matriz alimentaria para incorporarse en cualquier tipo de alimento y bebida, sus métodos y procesos de producción de dichas esferas, las cuales están conformadas por uno o varios ingredientes (espirulina y/o cualquier nutracéutico), uno varios biopolímero como matriz por ejemplo las carrageninas agar agar y alginato por mencionar algunos y un recubrimiento hidrofóbico a base de ceras por ejemplo cera de carnauba, candelilla o abeja por mencionar algunas y glicerina, el cual permite hacer las esferas herméticas y evitar la osmosis y difusión de los componentes del núcleo de la esfera al medio externo cuando se encuentran en un medio acuoso y/o matriz alimentaria; gracias al encapsulamiento hermético que tiene la esfera es posible proteger los nutrientes que se encuentran en su interior y evitar que los sabores desagradables derivados de la espirulina y/o de algún nutracéutico sean perceptibles cuando las esferas son ingeridas; dichas esferas son redondas por la naturaleza del método de fabricación, pero es posible manipularlo para obtener cualquier forma geométrica y tamaño.
