Abstract

La presente invención se aplica al campo técnico de los intercambiadores de calor de uso domiciliario o industrial, para el control y manejo de la temperatura desde dispositivos acumuladores de agua tanto abiertos como cerrados, tales como piscinas; con capacidad para extraer energía calórica desde agua líquida en un rango de temperatura bajo los 8°C hasta antes del punto de congelamiento; y el control y manejo de las temperaturas en los inmuebles y/o otros dispositivos localizados de manera cercana al dispositivo acumulador de agua. La presente invención corresponde a un sistema intercambiador de calor que comprende un primer dispositivo compuesto por uno o varios volúmenes de agua en estanques, tanto abiertos como cerrados, tanto naturales como artificiales de forma tal que funcione como una pila calórica; un dispositivo intercambiador de calor primario removible y/o fijo; un dispositivo secundario con una bomba de calor hidrotérmica; un dispositivo de control para el manejo de caudales y temperatura; un dispositivo terciario de volumen de agua cerrado para el agua sanitaria y/o una losa radiante, y/o radiadores, y/o colectores solares y/o dispositivos donde irradiar calor o frío. Uno de los fines de este sistema es mantener la temperatura, tanto del inmueble como del volumen de agua exterior en forma adecuada para el uso humano. Otro de los fines del presente invento es rescatar energía en forma de kilocalorías desde un volumen de agua líquida en un rango de temperatura bajo los 8°C hasta antes del punto de congelamiento para ser aplicados en forma de temperatura en un inmueble y/u otro volumen de agua y/o en donde sea requerida una termostatación de un área. Este sistema también protege su método de operación.
