Abstract
Se proporciona un método para formar un artículo de una resina termoendurecible que contiene relleno de partículas de microesferas de vidrio e incluye la exposición del relleno de partícula al plasma para aumentar los sitios de activación en el material de relleno de partículas; y la reticulación de dicho relleno de partículas a la resina de conjunto termoendurecible a través de los sitios de activación. La presente invención además proporciona un aparato para el tratamiento de materiales de relleno termoestables para promover la unión a una matriz termoendurecible que incluye un reactor de lecho fluidizado; al menos una fuente de gas; al menos una válvula para aislar dicha fuente de gas; y al menos una entrada de gas en comunicación de fluido con dicha al menos una fuente de gas para la entrega de gas a dicho un reactor de lecho fluidizado.
