Abstract
Un aparato para estimar una habilidad de germinación de una semilla que comprende una fuente de señal de terahertz para emitir una señal de terahertz hacia la semilla, un detector para detectar al menos parte de la señal de terahertz que ha interactuado con la semilla, un escáner para mover el soporte relativo a la señal de terahertz para proporcionar un escaneo de la semilla, un dispositivo de procesamiento de datos para formar datos de imagen a partir de la señal de terahertz detectada como se obtienen para una pluralidad de posiciones durante el escaneo de la semilla, y un sistema de soporte de decisión para proporcionar un estimado de la habilidad de germinación a partir de los datos de imagen.
