Abstract

Un método de producción de una variedad de frituras tridimensionales, el método comprende los pasos de: i. Suministrar un conjunto de láminas de masa; ii. Suministrar un montaje de bandas con un arreglo de una multiplicidad de elementos tridimensionales curvos que se extienden desde la cara superior de una banda; iii. Depositar un conjunto de láminas de masa de forma que el arreglo de las láminas de masa y el arreglo de los elementos modeladores tengan una relación no indexada; iv. Una etapa de modelado donde se hace que las láminas de masa caigan al menos parcialmente por efecto de la gravedad, de forma que cada lámina de masa adquiera una forma tridimensional irregular que incluya al menos una porción tridimensional curva formada por el elemento modelador respectivo. En esta etapa al menos algunas de las láminas de masa que caen entran en contacto con una parte de la banda que está adyacente a uno de los elementos modeladores, formando así una porción sustancialmente plana en la fritura resultante. La relación no indexada forma un lote de láminas modeladas de masa con diferentes formas a partir del conjunto de láminas de masa; y una etapa de cocción de las láminas modeladas de masa para formar un lote de frituras tridimensionales rígidas con diferentes formas, cada una con la forma tridimensional irregular respectiva, cada una con al menos una porción tridimensional curva.
