Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con el campo de los equipos para hacer ejercicio de musculación y rehabilitación. Es un exoesqueleto formado por dos módulos multiarticulares independientes que actúan en conjunto. El modulo superior consiste en un soporte rígido que se apoya en los hombros del usuario y tiene una cadena de segmentos rígidos articulados a cada lado, que corren paralelas a las extremidades superiores del usuario. El modulo inferior consiste en un cinturón rígido que rodea la zona pélvica del usuario y tiene anclada una cadena de segmentos rígidos articulados a cada lado, que corren paralelas a cada una de las extremidades inferiores del usuario. Ambos módulos se unen en la zona abdominal del usuario a través de cuatro puntos de sujeción, cada uno anclado a un dispositivo de movimiento unidireccional. Las articulaciones del exoesqueleto están constituidas por un sistema de frenado por fricción que genera resistencia en ambas direcciones del plano de movimiento de la articulación y se puede ajustar con ayuda de una perilla. El exoesqueleto está constituido por 24 grados de libertad de movimiento: 6 en hombros, 2 en codos, 2 en antebrazos, 4 en columna vertebral, 4 en caderas, 2 en rodillas, 4 en tobillos.
