Abstract
La presente invención proporciona una composición nutritiva, tal como una leche para infante nacido antes de término que incluye una fuente de proteína que comprende la proteína del suero y la proteína de caseína hidrolizada. La proporción de la proteína del suero con respecto a la caseína hidrolizada puede ser desde aproximadamente 90:10 hasta aproximadamente 50:50 en peso.
