Abstract

Se describen métodos para mejorar la memoria y/o cognición en un bebé al administrar proteína de soya a la mamá del bebé durante el embarazo, y además al administrar proteína de soya al bebé después del nacimiento. La proteína de soya puede ser administrada a la madre del bebé durante la lactancia si el bebé es alimentado con pecho y/o puede ser directamente administrada, por ejemplo, al administrar al bebé una fórmula infantil y/o nutricional que comprende proteína de soya. También se describen composiciones que comprenden proteína de soya que se puede utilizar en los métodos.
