La invención se relaciona a un sistema de gestión electrónica (5) para celdas generadoras de electricidad (3), el sistema que comprende: - terminales de conexión de celda que son conectadas a n celdas generadoras de electricidad asociadas (3), n que es un número entero positivo, - salidas que son conectadas a m convertidores estáticos asociados (9); m que es un número entero positivo y por lo menos m = 2, - un módulo de enrutamiento de energía (13) adaptado para enrutar los flujos de energía desde y entre las terminales de conexión de celda hacia las salidas; y - una unidad de control electrónica (15) adaptada para controlar dinámicamente el módulo de enrutamiento de energía (13).
