Abstract
Un método para determinar la posición de bloqueo de una pieza de lente óptica colocada sobre un anillo de bloqueo de lentes (22), donde el método comprende: - un paso para proporcionar un sistema de referencia (S1), - un paso para proporcionar los datos del anillo de bloqueo (S2), - un paso para proporcionar los datos superficiales de una pieza correspondiente a una lente óptica (S3), - un paso para proporcionar los parámetros de posición (S4), durante el cual se proporcionan los parámetros de posición que definen una posición de un punto de referencia de la superficie de la pieza correspondiente a una lente con relación al plano principal del sistema de referencia y una orientación en torno al eje principal de dicha superficie de colocación en dicho punto de referencia, - un paso para determinar la posición inicial (S5), durante el cual se determina la posición de la superficie de colocación de acuerdo con los parámetros de posición, - un paso para modificar el posicionamiento (S6), durante el cual la superficie de colocación se traslada y rota virtualmente, - un paso para determinar una altura (S7), durante el cual se determina una diferencia de posición entre el anillo de bloqueo y la superficie de colocación, los pasos para modificar el posicionamiento y determinar la altura (S6, S7) se repiten de modo que se minimice la diferencia de posición entre el anillo de bloqueo y la superficie de colocación.
