Abstract
Se proporciona un método y sistema para determinar la posición de un sistema de bombeo con varilla de bombeo sin un dispositivo de detección de posición durante una corrida de producción. Un sistema de control de bomba del sistema de bombeo con varilla de bombeo configurado para ingresar un valor de torque sin rx en la base de datos. Con el valor de torque sin rx representativo del punto de palanca del brazo de biela durante un ciclo inicial de bombeo de calibración, el controlador además está configurado para muestrear continuamente el valor de toque sin rx del sistema y determinar la posición del brazo de biela en relación al valor de torque sin rx de muestra. El controlador ajusta el sistema de bombeo para una operación óptima, sin sensor de posición de brazo de biela durante la corrida de producción al identificar el punto de palanca y configurar el brazo de biela a una posición calculada igual al valor correspondiente a la posición de la biela en el punto de palanca identificado.
