Description

CONTAINER WITH ADHESIVE LABEL of the Invention The present invention relates to a container for consumer goods. The container has a particular application as a container for smoking articles.
Background of the Invention It is known to package consumer goods such as, for example, elongated smoking articles in containers formed from folded sheet pieces. For example, elongated smoking articles, such as cigarettes and cigars, are commonly sold in hinged lid packages containing a box for housing the smoking articles and a lid that is connected to the box by means of a hinge line that is extends through the back wall of the container. Frequently, the container comes with an internal frame. The packs are typically constructed from blanks of monobloc cardboard. In practice, the lid rotates around the hinge line to open the package and, thus, have access to the smoking articles housed inside the box.
Brief Description of the Invention It would be convenient to provide an innovative container for consumer goods that can provide additional information to the consumer.
According to a first aspect of the invention, a container for consumer goods is provided, comprising the following: an external housing that includes a box and a lid movable between a closed position and an open position; an internal frame with a first portion mounted inside the box and a second portion extending out of the box, wherein the second portion of the internal frame is below the cover when it is in the closed position; and a removable adhesive label adhered to the second portion of the internal frame, which comprises at least one indicator that is, at least, partially covered by the adhesive label.
The container according to the invention is advantageous in that it allows a consumer to have access to additional information not visible in the outer case by removing an adhesive label from the internal frame of the container when the lid is in the open position.
The term "indicator" (and its plural, "indicators") is used to refer to a discrete element, or to repetitive elements or patterns that have, at least, a visual or haptic component. The at least one indicator can take the form of text, images, letters, words, logos, patterns or a combination of the above. The at least one indicator may comprise the logo of a brand or a manufacturer. The at least one indicator may include material that allows a consumer to have access to additional information. For example, the at least one indicator may include details of a network site, a telephone number or an email address.
The term "is below" is used herein with the meaning that a first portion of the container is closer to the interior of the container than a second overlying portion of the container. That is, the first portion is below the second portion. On the contrary, the term "is about" can be used with the meaning that the second portion of the container is closer to the outside of the container than the first portion. In this case, the second portion is above the first portion.
The outer casing comprises a box and a lid. Preferably, the box has an opening, through which you can have access to consumer goods. The box may comprise a front wall, a left side wall, a right side wall, a back wall and a bottom wall. The internal frame may comprise a front wall, a right side wall and a left side wall. A portion of the inner liner extends out of the box and is below the lid when it is in the closed position. Preferably, the front wall of the internal frame extends above the upper part of the front wall of the box.
The terms "front", "rear", "upper", "lower", "lateral", "upper", "bottom" and other terms used to describe relative positions of the components of the containers according to the invention refer to the container in a vertical position with the lid at the end of the top and the consumer goods accessible from the upper front end. The terms "left" and "right" are They are used to refer to the side walls of the container when viewed from the front in a vertical position.
The consumer goods within the container are typically wrapped in an inner liner. The internal lining and the consumer goods together form an internal package. In order to have access to the consumer goods within the inner lining, typically, the consumer removes a previously perforated section from the inner liner after opening the package for the first time. Preferably, the internal frame is mounted between the box and the inner liner. Before opening the box for the first time, the full container may be wrapped in an outer wrapper.
It is not necessary to alter the design of the container itself by the addition of the indicator and the adhesive label. Therefore, the at least one indicator and the adhesive label can easily be incorporated into the wrapped containers for consumer goods without the need to make any significant modification to the existing apparatus, techniques or blank of the container. Advantageously, the adhesive label can be applied to the internal frame in a step independent of the manufacture and assembly of the container, in accordance with the invention. In particular, the label may already have been applied to the internal frame by means of a printer or a converter. Then, the internal frame can, for example, be introduced in piles in the regular packaging machine. Alternately, when the inner frame is supplied in the form of a wheel and cut out of it, the application of the label can be carried out in the unwinding area of the material of the wheel. internal framework Thus, it is not necessary to make any adaptation in the modern high-speed packaging machine to take advantage of the present invention.
In one embodiment, the internal frame comprises a front wall having a cut extending from the edge of the upper part of the front wall. The cutting of the front wall of the internal frame facilitates the removal of consumer goods from the box. The cut of the front wall can have any desired shape. For example, the cut of the front wall can be semicircular or rectangular. The cut can be located in any desired position of the front wall. For example, the cut can be positioned in the center of the front wall, between the center of the front wall and an edge of the front wall or at an edge of the front wall.
The cut of the front wall can have any desired width. Preferably, the cut in the front wall comprises approximately between 30% and 90% of the width of the front wall.
The at least one indicator may be on the front wall of the internal frame. In order to increase the available surface area of the internal frame to which the at least one indicator could be applied, at least one of the front walls of the internal frame and the front wall of the container can be adapted in such a way that a larger area of the internal frame is exposed when the container is opened. For example, a panel can be unfolded during the opening or closing of the container, which reveals an additional communication space.
The at least one indicator can be placed transversely adjacent to the cut. When the at least one indicator is positioned transverse adjacent the cut, the at least one indicator is adjacent to the cut in the transverse direction of the container. That is, the at least one indicator can be placed on the front wall of the internal frame on one side of the cut. Alternatively, if the cut is made in the center of the front wall or between the center of the front wall and an edge of the front wall, the at least one indicator can be placed on the front wall on both sides of the cut.
The at least one indicator can be placed longitudinally adjacent to the cut. When at least one indicator is positioned longitudinally adjacent to the cut, the at least one indicator is adjacent to the cut in the longitudinal direction of the container. For example, the at least one indicator can be placed in a visible area of the front wall of the internal frame below the cut.
The at least one indicator can be placed transversely adjacent to the cut and longitudinally adjacent to the cut. For example, the at least one indicator can be placed on the front wall of the internal frame below the cut and on one or both sides of the cut. The at least one indicator can be molded around the cut. For example, when cutting is performed in the center of the front wall or between the center of the front wall and an edge of the front wall, the at least one indicator can be molded in a U-shape. For example, when the cut is performed on an edge of the visible area of the front wall, the at least one indicator can be molded into an L shape.
When the at least one indicator comprises more than one indicator or part of an indicator, the indicators or parts may be in the same or in different portions of the internal frame, and may have the same or different sizes and shapes.
The removable adhesive label is preferably placed in such a way that the at least one indicator is not visible to the consumer until the adhesive label is removed. Preferably, the removable adhesive label is placed above the at least one indicator so that the at least one indicator is completely covered by the adhesive label. Preferably, the adhesive label is not visible from the outside of the container when the lid is in the closed position. Therefore, the adhesive label is protected by the same container. In addition, the sticker can act as a surprise to the consumer.
The adhesive label can be placed on the front wall of the internal frame. In order to increase the available surface area of the internal frame to which the adhesive label could be mounted, at least one of the front walls of the internal frame and the front wall of the container can be adapted in such a way that a larger area of the frame internal is exposed when the container is opened.
The surface of the internal frame to which the adhesive label is affixed can be formed by a material that allows the adhesive label to be firmly fixed but easily removable. Sheet materials, coatings and adhesives suitable for this purpose are known.
When the at least one indicator is positioned transverse adjacent to the cut, preferably, the adhesive label is also placed transversely adjacent the cut. When the at least one indicator is positioned longitudinally adjacent the cut, preferably, the adhesive label is also placed longitudinally adjacent the cut. The adhesive label can have essentially the same shape as the at least one indicator. Alternatively, the adhesive label may have a different shape than the at least one indicator.
Once the adhesive label has been removed from the internal frame, the label may be discarded or used for a number of different purposes. For example, in case the consumer goods are inside an internal lining, the adhesive label can be adapted in such a way that it can be used to close the inner lining between uses again. With advantage, this can protect the consumer goods inside the inner liner once the container has been opened for the first time. In another embodiment, the adhesive label can be adapted in such a way that it can be applied to the internal frame or to the external surface of the container for decorative purposes. The adhesive label can be adapted to reveal additional information to the consumer once applied to the internal frame or to the external surface of the container.
The sticker can be printed or otherwise decorated. The adhesive label can be used, for example, to modify or highlight the design of the internal frame. Preferably, the Adhesive sticker has essentially the same appearance as the internal frame. Preferably, the adhesive label has essentially the same appearance as the portion of the internal frame to which the adhesive label is affixed. For example, when the adhesive label is adhered to the front wall of the internal frame, preferably, the adhesive label has the same appearance as the front wall of the internal frame. For example, the adhesive label may have essentially the same color as the internal frame. For example, the adhesive label can have essentially the same texture as the internal frame.
When the adhesive label is adapted to be applied to an external surface of the container, the adhesive label can be used to modify or highlight the design of the external surface of the container or to customize the appearance of the container. When the adhesive label is adapted to be applied to an external surface of the container, the adhesive label may comprise one or more lines of weakness, such as rows of perforations, to be used with some hinge line of the container. This is done so that the adhesive label, which must be at least one, does not hinder the opening of the container to access the consumer goods that are there.
Alternatively or additionally, the adhesive label or indicator may comprise flavor agents that the consumer releases. For example, the flavor may be contained in the microcapsules that the consumer may break to release the flavor.
The adhesive label may include an optical filter, for example, a colored or polarized filter, which allows the consumer to view information when it is seen from the filter. The adhesive label may include an orifice pattern, which allows the consumer to view information from the orifices, for example, when the adhesive label is applied to a particular portion of the internal frame or container, for example, to reveal a hidden message. The adhesive label may include additional features that allow the consumer to see or reveal more information in the inner container or frame when using the label.
The adhesive label may comprise a resellable adhesive, such that the label can be removed from the internal frame and reattached to the internal frame or a different portion of the container a number of times. This is particularly advantageous when the objective is for the adhesive label to be used to close the inner lining, since it allows repeated opening and closing of the inner lining, in order to access consumer goods individually. In this case, the preferably resealable adhesive will provide sufficient adhesion for the label so that it can be reattached, at least as many times as there are consumer goods in the inner lining, so that it can be used to reseal the inner liner until the container is empty. The inner lining can be adapted in such a way as to provide an opening in the inner lining, in order to access the consumer goods. Preferential opening is formed when the container is opened for the first time and then closed again between the uses by the adhesive label.
In a preferred embodiment, the adhesive label comprises a portion, adjacent to an edge of the label, without adhesive. This can be advantageous to facilitate removal of the sticker from the internal frame. Preferably, the non-adhesive portion is in a corner of the label. The non-adhesive portion may look different from the rest of the label so that the consumer can easily identify the portion of the adhesive label without adhesive. The non-adhesive portion may protrude from the inner frame when the lid is in the open position.
The at least one indicator may be on the front wall of the internal frame. Alternatively or additionally, the at least one indicator may be on the side wall of the internal frame.
In one embodiment, the at least one indicator is printed in the internal frame. The indicator can be applied to the internal frame in such a way that the indicator provides a tactile impression for the consumer. For example, the indicator can be printed on the internal frame with high structure ink, so that the indicator protrudes from the internal frame and can be felt by the consumer. The indicator can also be printed with visible ink so that the indicator is also visible to the consumer. Or, the consumer may feel the indicator, but not see it. The thickness and color of the adhesive label, and the color of the printed indicator can be selected so that the at least one indicator is not visible to the consumer until the adhesive label is removed.
In another embodiment, the at least one indicator is printed under relief in the internal frame. This is advantageous because the consumer can not feel the indicator through the adhesive label. Thus, The indicator may surprise the consumer once the adhesive label has been removed. Alternatively, the indicator can be recorded in the internal frame. This can be advantageous if it is desired for the consumer to be aware of the at least one indicator before the adhesive label is removed.
Alternatively, the indicator may be cut off from the internal frame. For example, the indicator can be stamped out of the internal frame. This can reveal consumer goods or internal lining through the internal framework.
That is, the indicator can be an integral part of the internal framework (for example, cut off from the internal framework) or it can be separate and applied to the internal framework (for example, printed in the internal framework).
When the at least one indicator comprises more than one indicator, the indicators can be formed in the internal framework by the same mechanisms or by different mechanisms.
In one embodiment, the container also comprises an internal pack of smoking articles within the box, wherein the internal frame is between the front wall of the inner pack and the front wall of the box. In this embodiment, the at least one indicator can be formed by at least one cut in the internal frame, such that the internal packet is visible from the cut of the at least one indicator. The inner package may be of a color essentially different from the internal frame. This can create an aesthetically pleasing appearance for the consumer.
In one embodiment, the adhesive label comprises at least one indicator further positioned such that the at least one further indicator is visible when the lid is in the open position. For example, the adhesive label may include the at least one further indicator on an external surface. Any feature described with respect to the at least one indicator may also apply to at least one more indicator.
When at least one more indicator is provided, the combination of the at least one indicator and the at least one more indicator may be required to transmit information to the consumer. When at least one further indicator is provided, the container may comprise an additional removable adhesive label positioned such that the at least one further indicator is not visible to the consumer until the additional adhesive label is removed.
A plurality of adhesive labels may be provided in the internal frame, which may be the same or of different size and shape. When intended to decorate the exterior of the container, the plurality of adhesive labels may be provided with the same or different graphics or text. When more than one indicator is provided in the internal frame, each indicator may have a corresponding sticker. Alternatively, there may be a different amount of stickers and indicators. A single adhesive label can be provided for a plurality of indicators, such that none of the indicators is visible to the consumer until the adhesive label is removed.
The container can take any suitable form to accommodate consumer goods. For example, the container can be a collapsible lid container with one or more hinged covers connected to a box that houses the consumer goods. Alternatively, the container can be a container with slide and covered with an internal slide to house The consumer goods assembled inside an external cover. When the container is of the sliding type and cover, the outer cover or the internal slide may comprise one or more hinged covers. Whatever the shape of the container, the adhesive label can be adapted to be automatically removed when a consumer opens the lid. Therefore, the action by a consumer to move the lid to the open position can automatically reveal to the consumer the at least one indicator or part of it.
The container, the inner frame, the inner liner and the outer wrapper can be formed from any suitable material, which includes, in others, cardboard, paperboard, plastic, metal or combinations thereof. Preferably, the container is formed from one or two folded sheets of cardboard. Preferably, the paperboard has a weight of approximately 100 grams per square meter and approximately 350 grams per square meter.
Preferably, the inner liner is formed of metal wrap or metallized paper.
Preferably, the outer shell is a transparent polymeric film of, for example, high or low density polyethylene, polypropylene, oriented polypropylene, polyvinylidene chloride, cellulose film or combinations thereof, and the outer wrap is applied in a conventional manner. The outer wrap may include a tear strip. In addition, the outer envelope may be printed with images, consumer information or other data.
According to the invention, the containers can take the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with longitudinal and transverse edges at right angles. Alternatively, the container may comprise one or more rounded longitudinal edges, one or more rounded transverse edges, one or more bevelled longitudinal edges, one or more beveled transverse edges or combinations thereof. For example, according to the invention, the container can include, but are not limited to, the following: - One or two longitudinal edges rounded or bevelled in the front wall, and / or one or two longitudinal edges rounded or bevelled in the rear wall.
- One or two transverse edges rounded or bevelled in the front wall, and / or one or two transverse edges rounded or bevelled in the rear wall.
- A rounded longitudinal edge and a beveled longitudinal edge on the front wall, and / or a rounded transverse edge and a transverse edge bevelled on the rear wall.
- One or two transverse edges rounded or beveled in the front wall, and one or two longitudinal edges rounded or bevelled in the front wall.
- Two rounded or bevelled longitudinal edges in a first side wall, or two rounded or beveled transverse edges in the second side wall.
When the container comprises one or more rounded edges and is made of one or more laminar pieces, preferably, the pieces they contain three, four, five, six or seven marked lines or fold lines to form each rounded edge of the assembled container. The marked lines or folding lines can be inside the container or outside it. Preferably, the marked lines or folding lines have a separation from each other of approximately 0.3 mm and 4 mm.
Preferably, the separation of the folding lines or the marked lines is a function of the thickness of the sheet. Preferably, the separation between the fold lines or the marked lines is approximately 0.5 and 4 times larger than the thickness of the sheet.
When the container comprises one or more beveled edges, preferably, the beveled edge has a width of about 1 mm and 10 mm, preferably, about 2 mm and 6 mm. Alternatively, the container may comprise a double bevel formed by three parallel lines marked or folded having a spacing such that two distinct bevels are formed at the edge of the container.
When the container comprises a beveled edge and is made of one or more laminar pieces, the bevel can be formed by two lines Parallel marked or folded in the laminar piece. The folding lines or the marked lines can be arranged symmetrically at the edge between a first wall and a second wall. Alternatively, the fold lines or marked lines may be arranged asymmetrically at the edge between the first wall and the second wall, such that the bevel extends more towards the first wall of the container than towards the second wall of the second wall. container.
Alternatively, the container may have a non-rectangular cross section, for example, polygonal, such as triangular or hexagonal, oval, semi-oval, circular or semicircular.
According to the invention, the containers have a particular application as packs for elongated smoking articles such as cigarettes, cigars or cigarillos. It will be appreciated that, by appropriate selection of the dimensions of the containers, according to the invention, the containers may be designed for different quantities of cigarettes of conventional, extra-long, superextra-long, thin or super-slim size.
By means of an appropriate choice of the dimensions of the containers, according to the invention, the containers may be designed to contain different total amounts of smoking articles or different provisions of smoking articles. For example, by means of an appropriate choice of the dimensions of the containers, according to the invention, the containers may be designed to contain a total of between ten and thirty smoking articles.
The articles for smoking in the container can be arranged in different compilations, depending on the total amount of articles for smoking. For example, smoking articles may be arranged in a single row of six, seven, eight, nine or ten articles. Alternatively, the smoking articles can be arranged in two or more rows. The two or more rows may contain the same number of items for smoking. For example, smoking articles may be arranged in: two rows of five, six, seven, eight, nine or ten articles; three rows of five or seven articles; or four rows of four, five or six articles. Alternatively, the two or more rows may include at least two rows containing a different amount of smoking articles with each other. For example, articles for smoking may be arranged in; a row of five and a row of six (5-6); a row of six and a row of seven (6-7); a row of seven and a row of eight (7-8); an average row of five and two external rows of six (6-5-6); an average row of five and two outer rows of seven (7-5-7); an average row of six and two external rows of five (5-6-5); an average row of six and two outer rows of seven (7-6-7); an average row of seven and two external rows of six (6-7-6); a middle row of nine and two outer rows of eight (8-9-8); or an average row of six with an outer row of five and an outer row of seven (5-6-7).
According to the present invention, the containers may contain smoking articles of the same type or brand, or of different types or brands. In addition, they can contain smoking items without filter and smoking items with various filter tips, as well as items for smoking of different length (for example, approximately 40 mm and 180 mm), of different diameter (for example, approximately 4 mm and 9 mm). In addition, smoking items may differ in taste potency, sucking strength and the generation of total particulate material. Preferably, the dimensions of the container are adapted to the length of the smoking articles and the collection of the smoking articles. Typically, the external dimensions of the container are about 0.5mm to 5mm larger than the dimensions of the set or sets of smoking articles housed within the container.
According to the invention, the length, width and depth of the containers can be such that, in the closed position, the resulting overall dimensions of the container are similar to the dimensions of a typical disposable twenty-pack lid cap.
Preferably, according to the invention, the containers have a height of approximately 60 mm and 150 mm, more preferably, a height of approximately 70 mm and 125 mm, which is measured from the top wall to the bottom wall of the container.
Preferably, according to the invention, the containers have a width of approximately 12 mm and 150 mm, more preferably, a width of approximately 70 mm and 125 mm, which is measured from one side wall to the other side wall of the container.
Preferably, according to the invention, the containers have a depth of about 6 mm and 100 mm, more preferably, a depth of approximately 12 mm and 25 mm, which is measured from the front wall to the rear wall of the container (comprising the hinge between the box and the lid).
Preferably, the ratio of the height of the container to the depth of the container is about 0.3 to 1 and about 10 to 1, more preferably, about 2 to 1 and about 8 to 1, more preferably, from about 3 to 1 and from 5 to 1.
Preferably, the ratio of the width of the container to the depth of the container is from about 0.3 to 1 and from about 10 to 1, more preferably from about 2 to 1 and from about 8 to 1, more preferably from approximately 2 to 1 and 3 to 1.
In addition to housing a set of smoking articles, the container may also comprise other consumer goods, for example, matches, lighters, extinguishing media, breath-freshening products or electronic devices. The other consumer goods may be attached to the exterior of the container, housed within the container together with the smoking articles, in a separate compartment of the container or combinations thereof.
According to the invention, the outer surfaces of the containers may be printed, engraved in relief, engraved in bas-relief or otherwise decorated with the logos of the manufacturer or of the brand, trademarks, slogans and other information and indicators to the consumer.
A further aspect of the invention is directed to the use of an adhesive label to cover an indicator provided in an internal frame of a container for consumer items comprising a box and a lid, the internal frame comprising a first portion mounted within the box and a second portion extending out of the box, wherein the second portion of the internal frame is below the lid when it is in the closed position; and where an adhesive label is adhered to the second portion of the internal frame.
In accordance with a further aspect of the invention, there is provided a method of using an adhesive label to cover an indicator provided in an internal frame of a container for consumer items comprising a box and a lid, the internal frame comprising a first portion mounted within the box and a second portion extending out of the box, wherein the second portion of the internal frame is below the lid when it is in the closed position; and where an adhesive label is adhered to the second portion of the internal frame.
Brief Description of the Invention The invention will be further described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: Figure 1 shows a front view of a container in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, with an adhesive label affixed to the front wall of the internal frame.
Figure 2 shows the container of Figure 1, with the adhesive label almost completely removed from the front wall of the internal frame.
Detailed description of the invention Figure 1 shows a container 100 in accordance with one embodiment of the invention. The container 100 is a rectangular parallelepiped and comprises a box 101 and a lid 103 which is hinged to the box 101 by a hinge along a hinge line extending substantially horizontally along the rear wall of the container 100. The box 101 comprises a front wall of the box 105, a left side wall of the box, a right side wall of the box 107, a rear wall of the box and a bottom wall of the box.
An internal frame 109 is mounted within the box 101 of the container 100. The internal frame 109 comprises a front wall of the internal frame 111, a left side wall of the internal frame and a right side wall of the internal frame 1 13 which are connected to the inner surface of the front wall of the case 105, the left side wall of the case and the right side wall of the case 107, respectively. In this application, the front wall 11 of the internal frame 109 includes a cut 115 in the upper free edge of the front wall.
In the internal frame 109 of the box 101 of the container 100, a set of cigarettes 1 17 is placed. The cut 1 15 of the front wall 11 1 of the internal frame 109 facilitates the removal of the cigarettes 117 from the box 101. cigarette pack 117 may be wrapped in an inner liner (not shown). The overall size and construction of the box 101, the lid 103 and the internal frame 109 are essentially the same as those of a known pack of flip-top cigarettes.
In Figure 1, the lid 103 is in the open position. The upper part of the box 101 is open to provide an upper opening through which the cigarettes 1 17 can be removed. The lid 103 has a front wall of the lid 119, a left side wall of the lid, a right side wall of the lid 121, a rear wall of the lid and an upper wall of the lid. When the lid 103 is in the closed position, the container 100 is closed, and the free edges of the walls of the lid 103 are located adjacent to the free edges of the walls of the box 101. In the closed position, the walls of the cover 103 therefore form extensions of the corresponding walls of the box 101 to define the walls of the container 100.
The terms "front", "rear", "top", "bottom", "side", "top", "bottom" and other terms used to describe relative positions of the components of the containers 100 according to the invention relate to to the container in a vertical position with the lid 103 at the end of the top and the hinge line at the rear. The terms "left" and "right" are used to refer to the side walls of the container 00 when viewed from the front in a vertical position. When the container in an upright position is open, the cigarettes 1 17, located in the internal frame 109 of the box 101, can be removed from the upper end of the container 100.
Before opening for the first time, the container 100 is wrapped in an external envelope (not shown) formed by a transparent film, in a conventional manner.
In the application of Figure 1, a removable adhesive label 123 is adhered to the front wall 111 of the internal frame 109. The label 123 includes a portion 125 without adhesive, in order to facilitate the removal of the label 123 by the consumer. The portion 125 looks different from the remainder of the label 123, in order to allow the consumer to easily identify the portion 125 without adhesive.
Figure 2 shows the container 100 of Figure 1, with the adhesive label 123 almost completely removed from the front wall 105 of the internal frame 109. The label 123 has been completely removed by a consumer holding the portion 125 of the label 123. The removal of the tag 123 has revealed an indicator 127 (shown schematically in Figure 2) which may comprise a discrete element or repetitive elements or patterns.
The adhesive of the label 123 is preferably so that the label 123 can be removed from the front wall 105 of the internal frame 109 and then replaced one or, more preferably, several times.
The container 100 can be filled and assembled using conventional apparatus and methods, modified to include a conventional machine for adding the removable adhesive label 123 to the internal frame 109.
