Abstract
La presente invención permite determinar si se realiza la descarga en una red de acceso inalámbrica diferente, tomando en cuenta la cantidad de comunicación, el estilo de cobro y la capacidad de servicio de una terminal. Se incluye un nodo (ANDSF 40) que adquiere la información de suscriptor de una terminal (10) de un servidor de suscriptor local, adquiere la cantidad de comunicación de la terminal desde un servidor de cobro, y determina y controla, en función del estilo de cobro en la información de suscriptor y la información de la cantidad de comunicación de la terminal, sí informa la información relacionada con una red de acceso inalámbrica diferente que es el destino de descarga de la red de acceso actual.
