Abstract
Un aparato para monitorear uno o más parámetros quirúrgicos del ojo en varias sesiones que son temporalmente separadas entre si y entre los cuales el ojo del paciente puede haberse movido, dicho aparato comprendiendo: una cámara para tomar una o varias imágenes de los ojos; un módulo para la determinación durante una primera sesión de al menos un parámetro quirúrgico del ojo y sus coordenadas basado en la imagen tomada por dicha cámara en un primer sistema de coordenadas; un módulo para la determinación durante una segunda sesión temporalmente separada de la primera sesión de por lo menos un parámetro quirúrgico del ojo y sus coordenadas basado en la imagen tomada por dicha cámara en un segundo sistema de coordenadas; un módulo para la determinación del movimiento del ojo en seis grados de libertad entre la primera y la segunda sesión y para determinar una transformación de coordenadas con base en las mismas; un módulo para la transformación con base en el movimiento del ojo determinado de por lo menos un parámetro quirúrgico del ojo y las coordenadas de dicho sistema de coordenadas en primer lugar en el segundo sistema de coordenadas; un módulo para cuantificar y/o visualizar el cambio de por lo menos un parámetro quirúrgico del ojo y sus coordenadas entre la primera y la segunda sesión en base al parámetro de ojo quirúrgico y sus coordenadas medidas durante el segundo período de sesiones y dicho parámetro transformado ojo quirúrgica y sus coordenadas medidas durante dicho primer período de sesiones, en donde dichos parámetros quirúrgicos oculares son uno o más de los siguientes: parámetros relacionados con el implante del ojo que se basa en un implante que se ha colocado quirúrgicamente en el ojo de un paciente; o la ubicación y/o el contorno de incisiones corneales o limbares o esclerales.
