Abstract

Metodo para potenciar la recuperación de petróleo de un yacimiento petrolífero, que comprende: aplicar calor a un medio hidrocarbónico coloidal que comprende cadenas de hidrocarburo; y aplicar ondas de presión con una frecuencia y una intensidad predeterminadas a las cadenas de hidrocarburo, para fraccionar las cadenas de hidrocarburos en cadenas de hidrocarburo relativamente más cortas. Opcionalmente: la aplicación de calor puede comprender aplicar vapor; las ondas de presión se pueden aplicar directa o indirectamente a las cadenas de hidrocarburo que se van a fraccionar; la aplicación de las ondas de presión se puede realizar dentro del yacimiento petrolífero mediante el uso de un activador dentro o fuera del yacimiento petrolífero; la aplicación de las ondas de presión se puede realizar dentro del yacimiento petrolífero; la aplicación de las ondas de presión se puede realizar mediante el uso de un rotor situado en un alojamiento impregnado por el medio hidrocarbónico coloidal.
