背景技术      高压齿轮泵的侧板是高压齿轮泵的关键部件,侧板的结构是否合理直接影响整个元件的质量和性能,现有的高压齿轮泵侧板的不锈钢本体层的复合面上会复合有一合金层,但由于热胀冷缩或是摩擦震动等原因,比较容易脱落,从而影响到正常使用。
发明内容
     针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种防脱落型侧板结构,其结构简单,可有效避免侧板上不锈钢层与合金层脱落的问题,使用寿命长。
     其技术方案是这样的:其包括侧板本体,其特征在于:沿着所述侧板本体复合面上的不锈钢层外缘面加工有内嵌的环形包裹层,合金层通过所述环形包裹层复合于所述侧板本体的不锈钢层上。
     本实用新型的有益效果是,沿着侧板本体复合面上的不锈钢层外缘面加工有内嵌的环形包裹层,合金层通过环形包裹层复合于侧板本体的不锈钢层上,则复合时,合金层不仅和不锈钢层底面复合,还要和环形包裹层复合,复合后,相当于合金层镶嵌于不锈钢层,这样就不容易脱落,使用效果好,寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型包括侧板本体1,沿着侧板本体1复合面上的不锈钢层2外缘面加工有内嵌的环形包裹层3,合金层4通过环形包裹层3复合于侧板本体1的不锈钢层2上,则复合时,合金层4不仅和不锈钢层2底面复合,还要和环形包裹层3复合,复合后,相当于合金层4镶嵌于不锈钢层2,这样就不容易脱落,使用效果好,寿命长,成本低。
