Abstract
Un dispositivo para suministrar y distribuir fluidos de inyección al interior de una formación subterránea desde un pozo horizontal. El dispositivo incluye uno o más tubos para vapor con un manguito exterior y un manguito interior deslizante concéntricos. Hay uno o más conjuntos de boquillas dispuestas en el manguito exterior. Se provee un medio para accionar el desplazamiento del manguito interior deslizante dentro del manguito exterior, para cubrir por lo menos parcialmente uno o más de los conjuntos de boquillas que hay en el manguito exterior. También se provee un método para suministrar fluidos de inyección al interior de una formación subterránea desde un pozo horizontal. Primero, se introducen en el pozo horizontal uno o más tubos para vapor, donde dichos tubos para vapor tienen un manguito exterior y un manguito interior deslizante con uno o más conjuntos de boquillas dispuestas en el manguito exterior. Luego, se desplaza el manguito interior deslizante dentro del manguito exterior para cubrir por lo menos parcialmente uno o más de los conjuntos de boquillas que hay en el manguito exterior. Por último, se inyecta un fluido de inyección a través de las boquillas del tubo para vapor, dentro de la formación. Se contempla un método adicional, que comprende introducir en la localización del talón del pozo un primero y un segundo par de tubos colgantes para el control de flujo y receptáculos de diámetro interno pulido, conectados a una tubería de revestimiento intermedia y cementarlos en su lugar. El primer par de tubo colgante para el control de flujo y receptáculo de diámetro interno pulido se conecta a una tubería de revestimiento de inyección/extracción y luego se conectan uno o más tubos para vapor con el segundo par de tubo colgante para el control de flujo y receptáculo de diámetro interno pulido.
