Abstract

Se prefiere que el tapón se enfríe después del laminado por perforación, se aplica el agente lubricante mientras se mantiene la temperatura de la superficie de una punta del tapón a 100°C o inferior, y el tapón resultante se utiliza de nuevo para el laminado por perforación. En la constitución, se prefiere que la película de revestimiento protector sobre la superficie del tapón esté formada por aspersión por arco de un material de alambre de hierro sobre la superficie de la matriz del tapón y se compone de un óxido y Fe.
