Abstract
En el laminado por perforación usando un tapón que tiene una película de revestimiento protectora formada sobre la superficie de la misma, un agente lubricante que es una solución acuosa que contiene uno o más de óxido de boro, ácido bórico y una sal de amina de boro en la cantidad total de 5-30 % en masa se aplica sobre la película de revestimiento protector sobre la superficie del tapón y el tapón resultante se utiliza para el laminado por perforación, con lo cual se hace posible mejorar la vida de servicio del tapón de laminado por perforación de manera confiable sin deterioro de la eficiencia de laminado por perforación y, en consecuencia, se hace posible la fabricación de una tubería de acero continua con una alta eficiencia. Se prefiere que el tapón se enfríe después del laminado por perforación, se aplica el agente lubricante mientras se mantiene la temperatura de la superficie de una punta del tapón a 100°C o inferior, y el tapón resultante se utiliza de nuevo para el laminado por perforación. En la constitución, se prefiere que la película de revestimiento protector sobre la superficie del tapón esté formada por aspersión por arco de un material de alambre de hierro sobre la superficie de la matriz del tapón y se compone de un óxido y Fe.
