Abstract

The present invention refers to a device for dispensing soft drinks, which is operated in a quick and comfortable manner, the liquid being poured directly from the original container to the recipient without completely opening the cap so as to avoid gas loss in the container, with the purpose of maintaining a largest portion of the soft drink content inside the container for a longer period of time. Said invention comprises a cylindrical container, a ring and a base, where the ring is coupled to the screw cap of the soft drink container, the ring and the soft drink container being subsequently displaced towards the inner portion of the cylindrical container until the neck of the original container is assembled to the primary end portion of the cylinder, so that preventing the liquid from being spilled by the primary part of the cylinder, then pouring the soft drink by a manual spin into each recipient.

Description

GASIFIED DRINK DISPENSER DEVICE DESCRIPTION OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a dispenser of carbonated beverages which functions in a fast and comfortable way emptying directly from the container or container to the container without the need to open the cap in its entirety and avoid the loss of gas from the original container, in order to keep the gaseous content in its largest proportion inside the container for a long period of time BACKGROUND invention concession number 154341 in Mexico refers to improved apparatus for preparing carbonated beverage, comprising: a water pump having a water inlet connectable to a simple water source, and a water outlet; a carbonator having an inlet and outlet connected to a dispensing nozzle; a water driven pipe that connects the water outlet of the pump to the carbonator inlet; a gas conduit connectable to a source of pressurized carbon dioxide gas, the gas conduit having a throttle regulator for regulating a predetermined pneumatic thruster pressure an outlet connected to the carbonator, and a storage regulator for regulating a pressure of predetermined pneumatic storage inside the carbonator; a cooler in the water conduit driven to cool the flow of water therethrough; characterized in that the water pump is activatable pneumatically and has a gas inlet, a water outlet and an impeller to pneumatically drive the water while the water and gas physically separate; because the gas conduit has an additional outlet connected to the gas inlet of the pump; and because it includes a water conduit driven upstream of the carbonator and downstream of the cooler having the obstruction discharge conduit to prevent reverse flow of discharge gas back to the pump. The difference between this invention and the present invention is that, in the present invention, there is no pressure system to empty the carbonated liquid, but it falls by gravity to the container and apart from being a manual system where it is not presents some complex mechanism for emptying the content. In the same way, the protected invention is a machinery for mixing a beverage with a carbonated liquid, unlike the present invention which is a device for emptying a beverage or gasified liquid from a container and a device for preventing the loss of gas in said container.
The invention with license number 191508 protected in Mexico refers to a portable beverage dispenser for use by a vendor, characterized in that this dispenser includes: a tank that has an internal chamber to receive the carbonated beverage to be dispensed, that The chamber has a longitudinal axis and comprises a concave bottom wall with a concave cavity in its nadir and centered on its axis, that concave cavity has a radius of curvature and a volumetric capacity substantially smaller than the bottom wall; driving elements that extend inside the chamber at an acute angle with respect to the axis, the driving element has a gate centered on the axis and disposed immediately adjacent to the cavity concave, the driving element is adapted to transport the carbonated beverage along and out of the gate into the chamber, after which the carbonated beverage is introduced into the cavity and fills it quickly with the minimum foaming of so that the level of the carbonated beverage in the chamber is above the gate, after which the additional filling of the chamber with the carbonated beverage is completed with the minimum foaming; and a pressurizing element for pressurizing the chamber with a gas above the level of the carbonated beverage in the chamber for dispensing a portion of the carbonated beverage from the chamber. This invention differs from the present invention in that the latter does not present chambers to contain the carbonated drink but that it is emptied directly from the container and it is not necessary to add an extra percentage of carbonated or gasified liquid to avoid the loss of gas if no what, in the present invention, the gas levels are kept fixed within the gasified beverage container.
The invention with grant number 236169 registered in Mexico refers to an apparatus for dispensing carbonated beverages, the apparatus comprising: a housing having an outer wall; an ice container disposed within the ice storage housing, the ice container that is surrounded by thermal insulating material; a carbonator disposed within the housing adjacent to the ice container, the carbonator receiving C02 water and gas to form carbonated water, the thermal insulation material disposed between the carbonator and the ice container such that the ice container is thermally insulated of the carbonator and a cold plate cooled by the ice in the ice container, the cold plate that includes pre-cooling coils to cool the water that is supplied to the carbonator and cooling coils to cool the carbonated water flowing from the carbonator. The difference between this registered invention and the present invention is that, the present invention does not intend to mix a liquid with a C02 gas to generate a carbonated beverage, but rather to prevent the loss of gas from a gassed beverage container when it is gassed. it is open, to empty its contents on several occasions and to prolong the content of gas in the gasified beverage for a long time apart from having a conformation and a manual system for emptying the aerated drink to a container.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a gassed beverage dispensing device (Figure 3) which is comprised of: a cylindrical container made of non-toxic material, preferably PET, ALUMINUM OR PVC (Figure 2), which consists of a primary end ( 2) and a tapered secondary end (3). The conical end contains a hole (4) for the outlet of the aerated drink. Inside the cylindrical container is attached a vertical support (5) (Figure 1) located on the inner wall of the cylindrical container, preferably 1 cm away from the primary end (2). The cylindrical container (1) is supported, preferably by 4 perimeter supports (6) (figure 2), which are attached to the external wall of said cylindrical container. Inside the cylindrical container a ring (7) is attached (figure 4), which is constituted of a central fluted hole (8) (figure 1), which is coupled to a cap (9) (figure 5) of A gassed beverage container (10) (Figure 5), this ring consists of at least one perimetric hole (11) (Figure 1) through which the gasified beverage is emptied, and a recess (12) (Figure 2). Said recess (12) fits in the vertical support (5) (figure 1) of the cylindrical container (1) (figure 4) and serves to slide the ring in the cylindrical container until the periphery close to the cap of the gassed drink container assemble with the primary end of the cylindrical container (figure 7).
The cylindrical container (1) (figure 4) is assembled to a base (13) (figure 4) said base is constituted by at least two support means (14) (figure 4) preferably of 15 cm length, of a rotary waste container (drip) (15) (figure 3) and of a holding means (16) (figure 4). The rotating container (15) (Figure 3) is located below the base and fastened by means of a threaded means or bolt and consists of at least one projection (17) (Figure 4), preferably 10 cm which serves to move the rotary container and a removable liquid waste container (drip).
The fastening means for the cylindrical container (16) (Figure 4) is coupled on the upper face of the base and consists of a ring, preferably with 4 perimetric projections (19) (Figure 4) to which the supports are attached perimeter of the cylindrical container (18) (figure 4).
Optionally, the cylindrical container can be used without the need to attach it to the base (figure 7).
EXAMPLE 1. PREFERENTIAL USE OF THE DISPENSER DEVICE OF GASIFIED BEVERAGES.
The ring is assembled in the cap of a gasified beverage container by the fluted hole and said ring slides in the vertical support until the mouth of the carbonated beverage container abuts the primary end keeping the container of the carbonated beverage upright upside down to avoid degassing the gasified beverage container and in order to pour by gravity the beverage gasified by the perimetric orifice of the ring towards the conical secondary end of the cylindrical container for filling a container by means of a rotation preferably of a quarter turn to half a turn holding the gasified beverage container, and making the cylindrical container hold by the perimeter supports.
