Description
EQUIPMENT FOR DRYING OF HAIRS WITH DIRECTED AIR SPRINGS OBTAINED THROUGH THE COUPLING OF AN ELECTRIC HAIRDRYER AND A HAIR DRYER WITH AIR JETS
DIRECTED
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present Patent of Invention Privilege deals with a device for drying hair with directed air jets, being that such equipment uses as a source of supply of air flow (heated or not), a conventional electric hair dryer.
The present Patent of Invention Privilege also deals with an electric hair dryer with directed air jets, which is based on the concept of the equipment described above.
As is generally known, hair dryers are widely used equipment both in the domestic sphere and in the branch of beauty salons and similar establishments.
In short, hair dryers are devices that promote the creation of a concentrated air flow, which can be both at room temperature, and can also be adequately heated by a heating element in the form of an internally mounted electrical resistance equipment, around which the air flow is obligatorily forced to pass.
The current hair dryers are divided, basically, into two genera, where one of those genera is represented by manual dryers, while the other gender is represented by the models called as column dryers.
The manual dryers, despite the wide range of models and variants, are defined by an essentially tubular body, where the air is sucked by the rear opening and is blown by the front opening, being that internally the dryer includes a motor assembly / rotor and a set of electrical resistance, as well as actuating keys that are positioned in a grip.
Already the dryers of the column type also comprise a motor / rotor assembly and also one or more electric resistors, such model deviating from the manual models by the fact that such components are arranged in a body that is developed to assume a dome format, inside of which the user's head is lodged.
The aforementioned dome is normally defined by a transparent cover that creates a heating chamber that envelops the wearer's head.
The dome of the model described above is connected to a vertical column, from which the term "column dryer" comes to define such type of equipment.
The current state of the art is defined by a large number of models of the two dryer genres, which do not differ basically in terms of project solution.
From the exclusive point of view of the hair dryers of the column type, it is possible to notice that the air flow (normally hot) descends vertically from the upper part of the equipment and tends to occupy the chamber inside which the head is positioned of the user.
This type of solution is not completely adequate, since the heat, although propagated by the air flow, does not penetrate into the volume of hair, especially in the case of very long or excessively dense hair.
The current state of the art, in parallel with the dryers described above, provides a type of accessory which, applied to a manual hair dryer, makes it possible to direct the flow of air in a specific manner, for example, of the device treated in the application of patent PI 0603255-9, deposited on 04/08/2006 and that has by title "ACCESSORY FOR UTILIZATION IN CONJUNCTION WITH HAIR DRYERS".
The said accessory, although present advantages in relation to conventional manual dryers, is not indicated and can not be used in the field of column dryers.
In this way, a solution was developed that aims to reduce such problem and that proposes a new project solution for column driers, where the classical configuration defining the aforementioned heating chamber was abolished.
The present patent of privilege of invention deals with a device developed for drying hair, which operates according to the directed air jets, said equipment being able to be used in conjunction with electric hair dryers of the conventional type. The present patent also deals with a variation of such equipment, where it is configured as a hair dryer with directed air jets.
The solution proposed by this Privilege of Invention patent allows that the air flows produced in the form of directed jets can create penetration conditions even in dense or bulky hair.
The present patent will be described in detail with reference to the below related designs, in which:
Figure 1 illustrates a view of the hair treatment equipment now treated, which is portrayed in a mounting condition from a column provided with base with rotating wheels, said drying equipment acts in conjunction with a manual hair dryer, thus as the proven;
Figure 2 illustrates a view of an enlarged detail taken from Figure 2, where the drying equipment is portrayed, as well as the hair dryer that is coupled thereto;
Figure 3 illustrates a perspective view of a variation of the drying equipment now treated, which uses a support for wall mounting in replacement of the column;
Figure 4 illustrates a bottom and isolated view of the equipment for drying hair, portraying the arrangement of the means used to provide a multiplicity of air flows;
Figure 5 illustrates a schematic sectional view of the hair treatment equipment now treated;
Figure 6 illustrates a variant of the equipment for hair drying in question, variant that incorporates removable closure plans to the basic structure of the proposed equipment;
Figure 7 illustrates a perspective view of another variant of the equipment for hair drying in question, variant that incorporates rotary closure plans to the basic structure of the equipment;
Figure 8 illustrates a perspective view of a variant of the treated drying equipment, which is configured as a hair dryer of the column type; and Figure 9 illustrates a variant of the hair dryer treated in Figure 8 and consisting of a variation of the equipment for drying, as well as that presented in the figures from 1 to 7.
In accordance with what is illustrated in the above-mentioned figures, the present Privilege of Invention patent proposes a hair drying equipment 1, which is mounted on a vertical column 2, said vertical column 2 being inferiorly trimmed with a base 3 equipped with rotating wheels 4.
The equipment for drying 1 is defined as an essentially hollow structure 5, with a nozzle 6 in the upper part that is intended to receive, by simple fitting, the mouth of a manual hair dryer of the conventional type 7, as well as it can be better understood through the observation of figure 1.
Figure 2 depicts an enlarged view taken of Figure 1, where the drying equipment 1 can be seen more clearly.
Said drying equipment 1 can, alternatively, and in replacement of the vertical column 2, have a support 8 that allows the fixing of said drying equipment 1 on a wall or other bulkhead that is shown adequate.
Both in the version that uses the vertical column 2 and in which it adopts the support 8, the structure 5 of the drying equipment 1 comprises a rear projection 9, from which a coupling terminal 10 is developed, where, by fitting, both the upper end of the vertical column 2 can be introduced, as well as the end of the short and curved tube 11 that integrates the support 8.
Regardless of the type of assembly (by vertical column 2 or support 8), the structure and operating method of the proposed drying equipment remain unchanged in its main version.
Figure 4 of the present patent allows the observation of the lower slope of the structure 5 of the equipment 1, where its physical configuration can be better understood, which is defined by a hollow centric portion 12, from which they derive, substantially radial, tentacular and equally hollow structures 13, the lower slope 14 of the hollow centric portion 12 having continuity in the internal slope 15 of the tentacular and equally hollow structures 13, thus forming a continuous and enveloping surface, which has a multiplicity of peaks 16, through which the air jets are projected.
The hollow structure 5 is defined in such a way that both its hollow central portion 12, as well as its tentacular and equally hollow structures 13 configure a surrounding space E inside which the head of the user of the equipment for drying will be positioned. as can easily be noted through the observation of the figures illustrating the present patent, the tentacular and equally hollow structures 13 have different length measurements, with the shorter ones being in the front region of the equipment for drying 1, while the longest are in the lateral and posterior regions of the aforementioned team.
Figure 5 illustrates a schematic section of the structure 5 of the hair treatment equipment now treated, where the positioning form of the manual electric hair dryer 7 can be seen, which is mounted by snap-fitting in the mouth 6.
The manual hair dryer 7 is used to provide a constant flow of air (heated or not) to the hollow structure 5, being that this constant flow of air (indicated by the arrows A) is equally distributed inside the hollow structure 5, occupying the central portion 12 and also reaching the internal region of the tentacular structures 13, such air flow A being then distributed by the peaks 16, which, depending on their orientation, project the air flow to the center of the surrounding space E.
Figure 6 illustrates the equipment for hair drying 1 according to a variant in which the spaces between the tentacle and hollow structures 13 receive or are capable of incorporating corresponding closing pieces 17, which can be assembled by simple fitting of pins 18 in holes 19 provided in structure 5.
The closure pieces 17 can be produced in transparent material, or another that is shown to be suitable, and have the function of establishing a relative closure of the space E, thus limiting the transfer of heated air for the external environment to the drying equipment 1.
The fact that the closure pieces 17 are transparent allows the professional who is accompanying the drying to verify how that process is being carried out.
Figure 7 illustrates another variant, where the closing pieces 17 can be pivoted on an upper shaft 20, which fact allows the eventual transfer of hot air to the external environment can be adequately controlled, that is, with said pieces of Closing fully aligned with the spaces between the tentacular and hollow structures 13 will occur a higher concentration of heat, to the extent that such closure pieces 17 are in intermediate positioning, condition depicted in Figure 7, there will be a smaller concentration of heat.
The concept that characterizes the equipment for drying 1 can, alternatively, serve as a basis for the creation of equipment that does not depend on the use of a manual hair dryer 7 to provide hot (or cold) air flow. In this case, the base of the hollow structure 5 can be higher in order to house in its interior the conventional components of a hair dryer, that is to say, a motor / rotor assembly and, at least, an electrical resistance unit.
Figures 8 and 9 illustrate a hair dryer mode based on drying equipment 1, wherein such dryer mode is indicated by reference numeral 21.
The hair dryer 21 has a hollow structure 5, which comprises a rear pction 9, from which a coupling terminal 10 is developed, where, by fitting, both the upper end of a vertical column 2 can be introduced as well as and alternatively the end of the short and curved tube 11 that integrates the support 8.
From the lower part of the structure 5 of the dryer 21, which is defined by a hollow central portion 12, tentacular and equally hollow structures 13 derive substantially radially, the lower part 14 of the hollow central portion 12 having continuity in the internal part 15 of the tentacular and equally hollow structures 13, thus forming a continuous and enveloping surface in the same ways as that verified in the equipment for drying 1, which has a multiplicity of peaks 16, through which the jets of air are pcted.
The hollow structure 5 of the dryer 21 is defined in such a way that its hollow central portion 12 as well as its tentacular and equally hollow structures 13 configure an enclosing space E inside which the head of the user of the hair dryer will be positioned. .
The tentacular and equally hollow structures 13 have different length measurements, with the shorter ones being in the frontal region of the hair dryer 21, while the longer ones are in the lateral and posterior regions of the said dryer, which is higher to house inside the conventional components of a hair dryer and that includes a motor / rotor assembly and, at least, an electrical resistance unit.
It should be noted that the internal construction of the hair dryer 21 depicted in figures 6 and 7 does not require further explanation, although the type of pct solution to enable the assembly of its main components (motor / rotor assembly and electrical resistance) are widely known and already absorbed by the state of the art, not demanding special pcts for such purpose. Thus, for purposes of illustration, the hair dryer 21 is part of the basic design of the hollow structure 5 of the drying equipment 1.
The versions of the hair dryer 21 now treated can include both the vertical column version 2 and the embodiment incorporating the support 8.
The internal structure of said dryer 21, as far as the distribution of the air flow inside it is concerned, obeys to the same solution already illustrated and related with respect to the equipment for drying 1.
