Abstract
The present invention is related to the construction industry and more particularly to the development of tubular structures for supporting an easy-to-install roof, which consists in a tubular structure able to support a safe roof. The structure of the invention provides a roof using a light, easy-to-assemble structure adjusted lengthwise, widthwise and height wise, which does not require solid walls due to the effective loading capacity of the columns and having the capacity to be relocated; this means that the structure is not permanent; it may be disassembled to be transported to a different location.
Description
ROOF AUTOSOPO TADO LEVELABLE
TECHNICAL FIELD
Background of the Invention
The present invention is related to the construction industry and more particularly, with the development of tubular structures to support a roof of easy installation and with other technical and commercial advantages that will become evident when reading the present.
Due to various natural disasters, which among many others plague our country and the havoc they cause in various types of buildings, a solution was designed consisting of a tubular structure capable of supporting a safe roof where it is most needed.
The present invention of a self-supporting leveling roof can be installed in any region of the world.
Brief Description of the Invention
In view of the wide and long needs throughout the Mexican Republic and world level in terms of housing is concerned and because it is a primary need, give a safe roof to those who need it most. In addition, considering the natural disasters (earthquakes, hurricanes, torrential rains, floods, etc.) that have hit several states of the Mexican Republic in addition to others
countries In Mexico among others, the state of Oaxaca, causing severe damage in several communities, reaching completely destroyed homes or only damaging their structures, destroying and tearing off roofs, the need to develop an easy to assemble identified that it can be leveled from a height, length and width point of view and, very particularly, that it be within the economic reach of many sectors of the population.
The applicant of the present invention developed a Self-supporting Nivelable Roof, through the conjunction of several products manufactured entirely in its manufacturing plant.
Indeed, the present invention includes the armor of the patent No. MX 227757 granted from the application PA / a / 1998/007423, also in the name of the applicant of the present in addition, the rest of the structure was designed from scratch .
It is an object of the present invention to provide a tubular structure for the construction of a self-supporting leveling roof.
It is another object of the invention to provide a construction system that includes a tubular structure to support a light and economical roof.
It is still another object of the invention to provide a tubular structure capable of supporting a roof that does not depend
neither of walls nor of the foundation of the building for its sustentation and stability.
It is still another object of the invention to provide a tubular structure capable of supporting an easy-to-install roof, three people can assemble it in less than one hour of work of eight hours.
It is still another object of the invention to provide a tubular structure that does not require many tools or training to install it. Basically, a person with a hammer and a screwdriver is able to install the complete structure that includes the roof.
It is still another object of the invention to provide a tubular structure that can be relocated which makes it unique. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The self-supporting leveling roof is constituted by a foundation which in a preferred embodiment consists of concrete piles (10, see Fig. 1).
In a preferred embodiment the pile (10) has an extension or punched tubular profile (15) protruding from the floor and inserted into it is a reinforced tubular metal profile ((PTR) 20) and is fixed by anchoring the PTRs by means of fixing elements , that a preferred embodiment, may be screws and nuts (not shown).
Spacers (28) and pokers (29) are provided which when fixed to the PTR form a frame (25) giving rigidity to the frame 25.
Along the PTR a plurality of perforations are included that allow to level the height of the PTR and consequently of the frames which allows that the complete structure has an adjustable height and therefore, the ceiling. In a preferred embodiment, the ceiling height can
adjust in a range of 2,134 meters to 2,745 meters.
Two frames are joined by an adjustable beam that is composed of a tubular profile (50) that serves as the body of the beam and a rolled profile (60) that moves within the PTR which allows adjusting the length of the beam, thus adjusting the length of the structure.
The PTRs have a tab (42) into which the armature (30) is inserted.
The armor (30) is subject to protection separately in the patent MX 227757 granted from the application PA / a / 1998/007423 of the applicant of the present. In general, the reinforcements are fixed to the structure first, by means of a wedge and once stabilized they can be fixed by screws. The frame (30) has a lower beam that has a plurality of holes in which the columns (PTR) of the frames (25) can be fixed and thus adjust the width of the roof structure when choosing the die cut hole of the frame (30) in which the frame PTR (25) is set.
The reinforcement (30) is stabilized by squaring profiles (80) fixed on one side to the PTR and on the other to the reinforcement (30), which stabilizes the entire structure of lateral movements and provides rigidity.
The armature (30) is a tubular structure of triangular shape in whose distal ends and middle portion is
they place stringer profiles (40) that are fixed by means of anchoring structures typical of the reinforcement (30).
A roof (90) commercially available under the trade name Intrateja® is provided on the stringer profiles (40). Intrateja is produced by Grupo Metal Intra®. Intrateja ® Classic with Econocel, in its lower part it has a 1 inch thick panel which isolates both acoustically and thermally.
Having sufficiently described the invention, we consider it a novelty and, therefore, we claim as our property, what is contained in the following:
