Description

CIGARETTE PACKAGE, CIGARETTE PACKAGE CLOSURE MECHANISM AND ASSOCIATED PREFORMED PIECES Field of the invention The present invention relates to a package of cigars and pieces preformed therefor. In particular, the present invention relates to a package of hinged cover cigarettes having an improved closing mechanism.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Packages of hinged lid cigarettes made with varying thicknesses of cardboard are known. Typically, these packages comprise covers which open from the top and allow users to access the cigarettes which are located inside the box.
Recently, a growing number of cigarette packs have been designed to allow cigarettes to be accessed in new ways, such as, for example, the use of inner boxes which can be slid by hooking with the outer frames. There has also been a growing desire to manufacture packs of cardboard cigarettes which mimic cigarette packs of about 1900, which were often made with very high quality materials, such as precious metals. One of the reasons for trying to produce such packages is that consumers often associate the quality of a product with the quality of the packaging in which the product is sold or distributed.
These known packages, which typically comprise lateral opening mechanisms (in this case similar to a book) have several disadvantages. A disadvantage is related to the fact that the cardboard used in the manufacture of cigarette packages is generally quite thin and therefore it is very difficult to produce a package which is sufficiently solid to allow a book-type opening mechanism, or shell type of oyster, without increasing the thickness of the cardboard a design decision that significantly increases the cost and manufacturing complexity.
Therefore, when known book-type packs are produced, typically very thin packages result which the consumer identifies with a low quality product. For example, when closing pressure is applied on known book-type carton packs, it is common for the packages to flex, even to buckle, in a transverse direction, thereby preventing the user from properly closing the package.
Another disadvantage with known book-type opening mechanisms is that they can not produce the same closing action as the cigarette packs, the cigarette packs use metal hinges and therefore a certain quality of resistance towards the closing action. The result of this significant difference in this closing action also produces the user's impression that it is a poor quality box and, by association, a product of poor quality.
Accordingly, there is a need for a pack of cigarettes which has a book-type opening mechanism, but which replicates not only the view of the traditional cigarette packs, but also their sensation.
Description of the invention In order to overcome the problems associated with the prior art, the present invention provides a package of hinged cover cigarettes which comprises: an inner box having an upper face, a lower face and a plurality of longitudinal faces connecting the upper face to the lower face, one of the longitudinal faces is a front face; a cover arranged to cover the entire surface of the front face when the package is in a closed position, the cover is hingedly coupled to a longitudinal side face of the inner case; Y A connecting element for coupling the cover to a second longitudinal side face of the inner box, the articulated cover package is characterized by: the connecting element is arranged to tilt the relative position of the inner box towards the cover in a first configuration whose first configuration is approximately half the distance between a fully open configuration and a completely closed configuration.
Preferably, the inner box is an octagonal parallelepiped having an upper face, a lower face, a front face, a rear face, two side faces and four beveled faces; and the cover is fixed to both the rear face of the inner box and, via the connecting element, to one of the beveled faces of the inner box.
Preferably, the cover when closed, is essentially in the form of an octagonal parallelepiped having an upper wall, a lower wall, a front wall, a rear wall, two side walls and three beveled walls; The rear wall of the cover is arranged to be fixed to the back face of the inner box.
Preferably, the cover and the inner box are arranged so that, in a closed position: the front wall of the cover is superimposed on the front face of the inner box; the upper wall of the cover covers the upper face of the inner box; the lower wall of the cover covers the lower face of the inner box; and the side walls of the cover cover the side faces of the inner box.
Preferably, the pack of inner articulated cover cigarettes comprises: tilting means for tilting the package in the closed position.
Preferably, the articulated cover cigarette pack according to any of the preceding claims further comprises: a tongue fixed to one of the four beveled faces so that it can be operated with a handle to facilitate the opening of the package by a user.
The present invention further provides a preformed part for producing the anterior inner box, the preformed part comprising: a rear panel disposed between a first front panel and a second front panel, the first front panel is arranged to be fixed below the second front panel when the preformed part is folded into the interior box.
Preferably, the first front panel is conditioned with a first opening to access the interior of the inner box and the second front panel is conditioned with a second opening for accessing the interior of the box, the first opening having dimensions smaller than the second opening .
Preferably, the second opening is covered by a removable panel made of the same material as that of the inner box.
The present invention also provides a preformed part for producing the front cover, the preformed part comprises: a first top wall panel and a second top wall panel arranged to be bent and fixed one on top of the other; a first lower wall panel and a second lower wall panel to be bent and fixed one on top of the other; a first front wall panel and a second front wall panel which are arranged to be bent at the top to each other in order to form the front wall of the cover; a suitable rear panel to be attached to the rear face of the inner box; Y a connection element coupled to the second front wall and which is suitable for coupling the front wall to the inner box and is further arranged to tilt the relative position of the inner box towards the cover in a first configuration, whose first configuration is approximately Halfway between a fully open configuration and a completely closed configuration.
As will be appreciated, the present invention provides several advantages over the prior art. For example, because the connecting element of the present invention tilts the relative position of the cover and the inner packing in a semi-closed position, the package will close in a two-step action, which will provide the impression to the user that it is a package of high quality.

Detailed description of the invention Figure 1 is a front view of a first embodiment of the articulated pack 10 in accordance with the present invention. As can be seen from Figure 1, the cover 2 of the articulated package comprises a front face 11, an upper face 12 and a bottom face 13 having the same dimensions as those of the upper face 12. Also, the cover 2 includes the side face 14 and the side face 15, as well as the beveled edge 18, positioned between the side face 15 and the front face 11, and a beveled edge 17, positioned between the front face 11 and the side face 14. hinge axis H is hidden from the view of the opposite side of the package.
Figure 2 is a perspective view of the first embodiment of the articulated pack 10 in accordance with the present invention. The articulated pack 10 of Figure 2 is shown in a closed position. The articulated package 10 includes a cover 2 having a front face 11, an upper face 12, a side face 14 and a beveled edge 17 positioned between the side face 14 and the front face 11. The side face 14 also includes an opening a through which the side face 22 of the inner pack 1 can be seen. The hinge axis H is hidden from view on the opposite side of the package.
Figure 3 is a rear view of the first embodiment of the articulated pack 10 in accordance with the present invention. The articulated package 10 of Figure 3 is shown in a closed position. The cover 2 further includes the rear face 20, a rear beveled edge 19, and a hinge axis H, which is defined by edge formed between the side face 15 and a beveled edge 19. Figure 3 also shows the beveled edge 16 of the interior package 1.
In the embodiment shown in figure 3, the rear face 20 of the cover 2 is substantially identical in dimensions to the rear face (not shown) of the inner pack 1, although in other embodiments these elements of different dimensions. The rear face 20 of the cover 2 defines one of the two sides of the rear cover wall 2, the other side of which (not shown) is fixed to the rear face (not shown) of the inner pack 1. The flange 21, which is part of the cover 2, is also fixed to the beveled edge 16 of the inner pack 1.
The fixing of these elements together, as well as the fixing of any other element in the present invention, can be carried out using known fixation methods, such as glue, chemical bonding, mechanical bonding, etc.
Figure 4 is a perspective view of the articulated pack 10 in accordance with the present invention. Figure 4 shows the package 10 when the cover 2 is pulled from the inner package 1 by the relative rotation of the part of the cover 2 and the inner package 1, around the hinge axis H. The cover 2 includes an inner front face 27 , as well as an inner bottom face 26 and an inner top face (not shown). The inner package 1 also comprises the front face 25, upper face 24, a side bevel of the front right side 23, a side bevel of the left front side 72 (not shown in figure 4) and the side face 22, which is partially covered by the side face 14 of the cover 2 when the package is in a closed position.
An opening A2 is formed in the surface defined by the front face 25 and the top face 24 for the purpose of providing access to the cigarettes within the package. Other materials such as peelable metal wrappers can also be used to cover the cigarettes.
The surface defined by the front face 25 and the top face 24 is part of a second front panel 32 and the second front panel 35 (see figure 6) below which there is a surface defined by the first front panel 30 and a first panel upper 34, which comprises an aperture Al of dimensions slightly smaller than the opening found in the front face 25 and upper face 24. The difference in dimensions of the aperture Al and the aperture A2 allows the front face 71 of the second front panel 30 and the upper face 70 of the second top panel 34 is seen when the cover 2 of the package 10 is opened, thus causing the impression that the package is double-walled.
Figure 4 also shows the connecting element 28 and the connecting element 29 which are connected to both the cover 2 and the inner package 1 for the purpose of tilting the relative arrangement of the cover 2 and the inner package 1 in a first , semi-open position or in a completely closed position, as described in detail below. The connection elements are made of the same material as the rest of the package and, as will be described below, they are part of the preformed piece of cover 3.
Figure 5 shows a top view with a hidden detail of the articulated package of Figure 1, the package is in the first position. One side of the connecting element 28 is connected to the inner front face 27 of the package. The other side of the connecting element 28 is connected to the connecting element 29. A tongue 29a is connected to the connecting element 29 and fixed to the side bezel of the left side 72. The tongue 29a may be of any suitable shape but will preferably be of the same shape. same dimensions as those of the side bezel on the left side 72.
Now with reference to Figures 4 and 5, the operation of the articulated pack 10 of the first embodiment of the present invention will be described. When the package 10 is in a fully open position, as shown in Figure 4, the connecting element 28 and connecting element 29 extend from the front inner face 27 of the cover 2 towards the side bevel of the side left front 72 of inner package 1.
Then, when a pressure is exerted in a manner such as bringing the cover 2 and the inner packet together, the front cover rotates about the hinge axis H which presses on the connecting elements 28 and 29 so that they flex, until the cover 2 reaches the first position, according to that shown in figure 5. In this position, the inner package 1 and the cover 2 are in a balanced position, where any rotation in the clockwise direction of the cover 2 with respect to the inner package 1, will exert pressure on both connecting elements 28 and 29, causing them to flex and tilt the package 10 towards the first position; while any rotation against the additional clockwise movement of the cover 2 with respect to the pack 1 will exert a pressure on the connecting element 28, causing it to flex and tilt the pack 10 towards the first position. However, if pressure is continued in order to flex the connecting element 28 beyond a certain point, the retraction of the tongue 29a into the inner corner of the front bevel edge 18 will decrease the pressure on the connecting element 28. This decrease in force applied to the connecting element 28 will result in the tilt of the package in a closed position.
Accordingly, the connection mechanism of a package in accordance with the present invention will result in the package being inclined not only to the closed position, but also to a semi-open position. Therefore, when the package is closed, this will be done in two different stages. This resistive closing action also works to provide the user with the impression that the package is of superior quality.
Figure 6 represents a preformed piece of inner pack 3 in accordance with the present invention. As can be seen, the preformed piece comprises a plurality of panels separated by fold lines (in this case, dotted lines). The preformed part 3 includes a rear panel 31, as well as a first front panel 31 and first top panel 34 having an opening Al, and a second front panel 32 and a second top panel 35 having an opening A2.
The first front panel 30 is connected to a first top panel 34, which itself is connected to a first side of the rear panel 31. The other side of the rear panel 31 is connected to a bottom panel 33, which in itself same is connected to a first side of the second front panel 32, the other side of which is connected to a second top panel 35. The bottom panel 33, as well as the first and second top panels 34, 36, are formed as elongated octagons .
The rectangular bevelled panels 37 are disposed adjacently on either side of the rear panel 31. Once bent, the bevel panels 37 will form both beveled rear edges of the inner pack 1. As shown in Fig. 2 and in FIG. Figure 3, of these rear beveled edges, only the beveled edge 16 is visible when the package is constructed, since the other beveled edge will be covered by the panel 55 (shown in Figure 7). The rectangular inner side panels 40 are disposed adjacently on the outer edge of the beveled panels 37. The upper and lower folding tabs 42 and 41, respectively, are disposed adjacent to the upper and bottom end of each side panel 40. .
The rectangular bevelled panels 36 are arranged adjacently on either side of the second front panel 32. Once folded the beveled panels 36 will form the first front beveled edge 23 (see figure 4) of the inner pack 1 and the second front beveled edge 72. (not shown) which will be attached to tab 29a.
The rectangular outer side panels 39 and 38 are arranged adjacently on the outer edge of the bevel panel 36. The outer panel 38 comprises a cavity 38a. When the preformed piece is folded, the outer side panels 38 and 39 are placed on the inner side panels 40 and fixed thereto.
Now with reference to Figure 6, the method for folding the preformed piece will now be described. The first front panel 30 is folded inwardly at a right angle with respect to the first top panel 34 along the fold line. Then, the first top panel 34 is folded inwardly at a right angle along the fold line with respect to the back panel 31. Once this is done, the upper and lower folding tabs 41 and 42 are folded inwardly in right angles along their respective fold lines.
Then, the panels 37 and 40 are folded inwardly until the edge 42a is flush with the edge 34a; edge 40a is flush with edge 34b; edge 37a is flush with edge 34c; the edge 37b is flush with the edge 34a; the edge 40b is flush with the edge 33b and the edge 41a is flush with the edge 33c. The tabs 41 and 24 are preferably fixed to the bottom panel 33 and the first top panel 34, respectively.
Finally, the second front panel 32 is folded inward for the purpose of covering the first front panel 30 and the outer side panels 38 and 39 are fixed to the inner side panels 40.
In a package according to the present invention, the cardboard grain or other material used to make the preformed inner pack parts run in the longitudinal direction of the preformed piece 3.
Figure 7 shows the preformed piece of cover 4 of the package according to the present invention. As can be seen, the preformed part comprises a plurality of panels separated by fold lines. The tongue 64 is formed on a rear panel side 43. When the package is constructed, a rear panel 43 is fixed to the rear part of the inner package 1. Accordingly, the far side of the rear panel 43 will be the rear face 20, shown in figure 3.
The panel 55 is disposed adjacently on the other side of the rear panel 43. The side panel 54 is disposed adjacently between the bevel panel 55 and the bevel panel 54. The side tabs are disposed adjacently on the right and left side of the panel side 54. The side tabs 63 are disposed adjacently on the right and left side of the side bezel panel 53. The front panel 54 is disposed adjacently between the bevel panel 53 and the outer bezel panel 52. On the right and left side of the front panel 44, the outer and upper bottom panels 59 and 57, respectively, are arranged adjacently.
The side tabs are disposed on the right and left sides of the outer bevel panel 52. The side tabs 59 are disposed on the right and left sides of the outer side panel 51, the outer side panel 51 is disposed between the outer bezel panel 52 and the inner side panel 50. The side panel 50 is positioned between the outer side panel 51 and the inner bezel panel 49, which is disposed between the inner side panel 50 and the inner front panel 45.
Interior side panel 50 and interior side panel 51 comprise an octagonal opening in which the tabs 60 and 61a and 61b project. At the far end of the front panel 45 the connection panel 46 and the connection panel 47 are formed, as well as the tab 48. In use, the connection panel 46 becomes the connection element 28 the connection panel 47 arrives to be the connecting element 29 and the tab 48 becomes the tongue 29a.
Now with reference to Figure 7, the method of folding the preformed piece of cover 4 will now be described.
First, the tabs 61a, 61b and 60 are folded back in a manner that the tabs 60 are arranged to rest on the outer side panel 51, the tab 61a rests on the outer bezel panel 52 and the tab 61b rests on the outer side panel 51. These tabs are preferably fixed to their respective panels.
Then, the bottom half of the preformed piece 4 is folded inwardly so that the tabs 56 are resting on the outer lower and upper panels 57. Then the inner upper panels are folded on the outer top panels 57. Of In a manner, the edge 55a is flush with the edges 56a, 57a and 58d; edge 53a is flush with edges 57d and 58a; edge 52a is level with 49a, 57c and 58b; edge 50a is flush with edge 51a and edge 59a is flush with edge 57b and 58b.
In a package according to the present invention, the cardboard grain or other material used to make the preformed cover piece runs in the longitudinal direction of the preformed piece 4.
Once the preformed piece of cover 4 and the preformed piece of inner pack 3 are folded into their respective three-dimensional shapes, these are assembled in a package 10. In order to do this, the panel 48 of the preformed piece of cover 7 is fixed to a bevelled panel 37 located on the right side of the rear panel 31, according to that shown in Figure 6. Also, the rear panel 43 is fixed to the rear panel 31 and the tongue 64 is fixed to the bevelled panel 37 located on the left side of the rear panel 31, the beveled panel 37 comprises the beveled edge 16.

Figure 11 also shows a connecting element 28 'and a connecting element 29' which are connected to both the cover 2 'and the inner package 1' for the purpose of tilting the relative arrangement of the cover 2 'and the package interior 1 'in a first, semi-open position or in a completely closed position, according to what is described in detail below. The connecting elements are made of the same material with the rest of the package and as will be described below, from the pre-formed piece of cover 3 '.
Figure 12 shows a top view with a hidden detail of the articulated package of Figure 8, the package is in the first position. One side of the connecting element 28 'is connected to the inner front face 27' of the package. The other side of the connecting element 28 'is connected to the connecting element 29'. A tongue 29a 'is connected to the connecting element 29' and is fixed to the side bevel on the left side 72 '. The tongue 29a 'may be of any suitable shape but will preferably be of the same dimensions as those of the left side side bezel 72'.
Now, with reference to Figures 11 and 12, the operation of the articulated pack 10 'of the second embodiment of the present invention will now be described. When the package 10 'is in a fully open position, as shown in Figure 11, the connecting element 28' and the connecting element 29 'extend from the front inner face 27' of the cover 2 '. to the side bevel on the front left side 72 'of the inner package 1'.
Then when pressure is exerted so as to bring the cover 2 'and the inner pack 1 together, the front cover will rotate about the hinge axis H' which will exert pressure on the connecting elements 28 'and 29' so as to will flex, until the cover 2 'reaches the first position, according to that shown in figure 12. In this position, the inner package 1' and the cover 2 'are in a balanced position, where any rotation in the direction the clock hands of the cover 2 'with respect to the inner pack 1', will exert pressure on both connecting elements 28 'and 29', causing them to flex and tilt the pack 10 'towards the first position; while any additional counterclockwise rotation of the cover 2 'with respect to the pack 1' will exert pressure on the connecting element 28 ', causing the pack 10 to bend and tilt towards the first position. If, however, pressure is continuously exerted for the purpose of flexing the connecting element 28 beyond a certain point, the retraction of the tongue 29a 'within the inner corner of the front bevel 18' will decrease the pressure on the tongue. the connecting element 28 '. This decrease in force applied to the connecting element 28 'will result in an inclination of the package 10' in a closed position.
Accordingly, the connection mechanism of a package in accordance with the present invention will result in the package not only tilting towards the closed position, but also toward a semi-open position. Therefore, when the package is closed, this will be done in two different stages. This closing action with resistance also works to provide the impression to the user that the package is of a superior quality.
Figure 13 represents a preformed piece of inner pack 3 'in accordance with the present invention. According to what has been observed, the preformed piece comprises a plurality of panels separated by fold lines (in this case, dotted lines). The preformed piece 3 'includes a rear panel 31', as well as a first front panel 30 'and a first top panel 34' having an opening Al ', and a second front panel 32' and a second top panel 35 'which has an opening A2 'which is covered by an anti-opening tongue not authorized T.
The first front panel 30 'is connected to a first top panel 34', which itself is connected to a first side of the rear panel 31 '. The other side of the rear panel 31 'is connected to the bottom panel 33', which itself is connected to a first side of the second front panel 32 ', the other side of which is connected to a second top panel 35'. The bottom panel 33 ', as well as the first and second top panels 34', 35 ', are formed as elongated octagons.
The rectangular bevelled panels 37 'are arranged adjacently on either side of the rear panel 31'. Once folded, the bevel panels 37 'will form the rear beveled edges of the inner package 1'. As shown in Figure 2 'and Figure 3', of these beveled rear edges, only the beveled edge 16 'is visible when the package is constructed, since the other rear beveled edge will be covered by the panel 55' (shown in FIG. figure 14). The rectangular inner side panels 40 'are arranged adjacently on the outer edge of the bevel panels 37'. The upper and lower folded tabs 42 'and 41', respectively, are disposed adjacently on the upper and bottom end of each side panel 40 '.
The rectangular bevelled panels 36 'are arranged adjacently on either side of the second front panel 32'. Once folded, the bevel panels 36 'will form the first front beveled edge 23' (see figure 13) of the inner pack 1 'and the second front beveled edge 72' (not shown), which will be attached to the tab 29a ' The rectangular outer side panels 39 'and 38' are arranged adjacently on the outer edge of the bevel panel 36 '. The outer side panel 38 'comprises a cavity 38a'. When the preformed piece is folded, the outer side panels 38 'and 39' are placed on the inner side panels 40 'and fixed thereto.
Now, with reference to Figure 13, the method for folding the preformed piece will be described. The first front panel 30 'is folded inwardly at a right angle with respect to the first top panel 34' along the fold line. Then, the first top panel 34 'is folded inward at a right angle along the fold line with respect to the back panel 31'. Once this is done, the upper and lower folded tabs 41 'and 42' are bent inward at right angles along their respective fold lines.
Then, the panels 37 'and 40' are folded inwardly until the edge 42a 'is flush with the edge 34a'; edge 40a 'is flush with edge 34b'; edge 37a 'is flush with edge 34c', edge 37b 'is flush with edge 33a'; the edge 40b 'is flush with the edge 33b' and the edge 41a 'is flush with the edge 33c'. The tabs 41 'and 24' are preferably fixed to the bottom panel 33 'and the first top panel 34', respectively.
Finally, the second front panel 32 'is bent inward for the purpose of covering the first front panel 30' and the outer side panels 38 'and 39' are fixed to the inner side panels 40.
In a package according to the present invention, the cardboard grain or other material used to make the preformed inner package piece runs in the longitudinal direction of the preformed piece 3 '.
Figure 14 represents the preformed piece of cover 4 'of the package according to the present invention. As can be seen, the preformed piece comprises a plurality of panels separated by fold lines. The tongue 64 is formed on one side of the rear panel 43 '. When the package is constructed, the rear panel 43 'is fixed to the rear part of the inner package 1'. Accordingly, the far side of the rear panel 43 'will be the rear face 20', as shown in Figure 3 '.
The bevel panel 55 'is arranged adjacently on the other side of the rear panel 43'. Side panel 54 'is disposed adjacently between bevel panel 55' and bevel panel 54 '. The side tabs 56 'are disposed adjacently on the left and right side of the side panel 54'. The side tabs 63 'are disposed adjacent to the right and left of the bevel panel 53'. The front panel 44 'is disposed adjacently between the bevel panel 53' and the outer bevel panel 52 '. On the right and left sides of the front panel 44 ', the inner and outer and upper bottom panels 59' and 57 'respectively, are arranged adjacently.
The side tabs 62 'are disposed on the left and right sides of the outer bezel panel 52'. The side tabs 59 'are disposed on the right and left sides of the outer side panel 51', the outer side panel 51 'is disposed between the outer bevel panel 52' and inner side panel 50 '. The side panel 50 'is positioned between the outer side panel 51' and inner bevel panel 49 ', which itself is arranged between the inner side panel 50' and inner panel 45 '.
The inner side panel 50 'and inner side panel 51' comprise an octagonal opening in which the tabs 60 'and 61' protrude. At the far end of the inner front panel 45 'the connection panel 46' and connection panel 47 'are formed, as well as the tab 48'. In operation, the connecting panel 46 'becomes the connecting element 28', the connecting panel 47 'becomes the connecting element 29' and the tongue 48 'becomes the tongue 29a'.
Now, with reference to Figure 14, the method for folding the preformed piece of cover 4 'will be described.
First, the tongues 61a 'and 60' are folded back so that both lie flat on the outer side panel 51 '. These tabs are preferably fixed to the panel 51 '.
Then, the bottom half of the preformed piece 4 'is folded inward so that the tabs 56' are resting on the outer upper and lower panels 57 '. Then, the inner upper panels 58 'are folded over the outer upper panels 57'. In this way, the edge 55a 'is flush with the edges 56a', and 57a 'and 58d' the edge 53a 'is flush with the edges 57d' and 58a '; the edge 52a 'is level with 49a', 57c 'and 58b'; the edge 50a 'is flush with the edge 51a' and the edge 59a 'is flush with the edge 57b' and 58c '.
In a package according to the present invention, the cardboard grain or other material used to make the preformed cover piece runs in the longitudinal direction of the preformed piece 4 '.
Once the preformed piece of cover 4 'and the preformed piece of inner pack 3' are folded in their respective three-dimensional shapes, they are assembled in pack 10 '. In order to accomplish this, the panel 48 'of the preformed cover part 7' is fixed to the bevel panel 37 'located on the right side of the rear panel 31', according to what is shown in figure 13. Also, the back panel 43 'is fixed to the rear panel 31' and the tongue 64 'is fixed to the bevel panel 37' located on the left side of the rear panel 31 ', whose bevel panel 37' comprises the bevelled edge 16 '. Another feature of the second embodiment of the present invention is the presence of a fixing mechanism which uses a flap F, as well as a corresponding flap on the inner side of the cover 2 'for the purpose of tilting the package in a closed position .
Finally, an additional feature of the first or second embodiment of the present invention is the presence of an unauthorized anti-opening tab T which, as can be seen in figure 11, covers the opening A2 'of the first and second modality, respectively.
It is noted that in relation to this date, the best method known to the applicant to carry out the aforementioned invention, is that which is clear from the present description of the invention.
