Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con sistemas indicadores de tiempo-temperatura (TTI) que comprenden espiropiranos basados en indolenina que contienen un residuo de ciclohexilo de la fórmula (I).Ver formula (I). un método para fabriar el sistema indicador de tiempo temperatura, y un método para determinar la historia de tiempo temperatura de artículos perecederos usando el sistema.
