Abstract
Se describen sistemas y metodologías que facilitan el reporte de una tolerancia de potencia de enlace ascendente (UPH) durante una transmisión del E-DCH en un estado de CELULA_FACH; transmitir el preámbulo del E-DCH al momento de la recepción de AICH, evaluar un nivel de potencia transmitido para un UE antes de la transmisión en el E-DCH; para una transmisión del E-DCH se puede utilizar un periodo de medición reducido para reportar una medición UPH; en particular, el periodo de medición reducido puede ser menor que 100 milisegundos; la medición UPH puede ser comunicada con base en la recepción del AICH/E-AICH y la transmisión del DPCCH para un número configurable de cuadros de radio; la medición UPH se puede basar en la potencia transmitida antes de la transmisión de datos real; adicionalmente, la medición UPH puede ser incluida dentro de la porción de información de programación de una cabecera MAC.
