Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un aparato visualizador de vídeo en donde aún para unos, tal como conversión 32 y conversión 22, en los cuales puesto que el intervalo de movimiento de un material original es amplio, hay una alta probabilidad de degradación de la precisión de los vectores detectados, el tiempo de procesamiento se usa efectivamente para mejorar la precisión de los vectores detectados, generando imágenes interpoladas que tienen mayores calidades. Un aparato visualizador de cristal líquido tiene un medio (14) para convertir la velocidad de cuadro interpolando una imagen, la cual se ha corregido con base en un vector de movimiento intercuadro, entre cuadros de señales de vídeo de entrada. Cuando se interpolan señales representativas de dos o tres imágenes idénticas consecutivas generadas en telecine o similares, el aparato visualizador de cristal líquido vuelve a calcular, con base en los vectores de movimiento (Va) usados en la generación de la primera imagen interpolada, los vectores de movimiento para uso en la siguiente generación de imagen interpolada, detectando así vectores de movimiento que tienen mayor precisión y menos errores. El aparato visualizador de cristal líquido tiene una parte de determinación de imagen repetida (10) y utiliza un intervalo, durante el cual consecutivamente aparecen las imágenes idénticas que no requieren detecciones de vector, para mejorar adicionalmente la precisión de los vectores de movimiento detectados entre una imagen y una imagen diferente inmediatamente precedente.
