Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con el uso como sabor o fragancia de un compuesto de la fórmula (I), en donde R4 es hidrógeno y el enlace entre C-3 y C-4 es un enlace simple o la línea punteada junto con el enlace entre C-3 y C-4 representa un enlace doble; o R4 es metileno, que forma con C-3 y C-4 un anillo de ciclopropano; R3 es hidrógeno, alquilo C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6 o alquenilo C2, C3, C4, C5, C6 y I) R1 y R2 junto con el átomo de carbono al que se enlazan forman un grupo carbonilo; o II) R1 es hidroxilo y R2 se selecciona de alquilo C1, C2, C3 y alquenilo C2, C3, C4.
