Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso de obtención de un extracto estandarizado a partir de por lo menos una parte de una planta del género Aleurites con propiedades antinociceptivas, antiinflamatorias y antipiréticas, a partir de una planta del género Aleurites. Adicionalmente, la presente invención provee una composición farmacéutica, que comprende como ingrediente activo una cantidad farmacéuticamente eficaz de un extracto estandarizado de por lo menos una parte de una planta del género Aleurites. Por último, la presente invención trata de un método de tratamiento y uso de dicho extracto, aislado o en una composición farmacéutica, para prevención, control o tratamiento de afecciones dolorosas, inflamatorias y febriles.
