Abstract
La invención proporciona métodos y composiciones para producción de proteínas mejorada. El método comprende las etapas de: (a) introducir en una célula hospedera una primera secuencia de ácido nucleico que comprende una secuencia de señal enlazada operablemente a una secuencia de proteínas deseada; (b) expresar la primera secuencia de ácido nucleico; (c) co-expresar una segunda secuencia de ácido nucleico que codifique para un chaperón o doblasa seleccionado del grupo que consiste en bip1, ero1, pdi1, tig1, prp1, ppi1, ppi2, prp3, prp4, cainexina e Ihs1; y (d) recoger la proteína deseada secretada de la célula hospedera. La primera secuencia de ácido nucleico comprende opcionalmente una secuencia de enzimas entre la secuencia de señal y la secuencia de proteínas deseada.
