Abstract

De acuerdo con una modalidad de la presente invención, se describe un método, el cual comprende: representar coeficientes de un filtro de imagen adaptivo en palabras binarias en donde los coeficientes están restringidos y las palabras binarias tienen un número máximo de bits definidos por lo menos en parte por un índice de precisión celular por lo menos de una suma de convolusión y múltiples sumas de convolusión parcial tienen un rango de valores restringidos y tiene una representación binaria con un numero de bits máximo fijo; y generar la salida del filtro de imagen adaptivo con base por lo menos en parte en por lo menos una suma de comvolusión y varias sumas de convolusión parcial.
