Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un compuesto de fórmula (I): en donde R1 es cicloalquilo o es fenilo no sustituido o sustituido por uno o dos átomos de halógeno; R2 es hidrógeno o halógeno; R3 es hidrógeno, CN, alcoxi inferior, alquilo inferior o halógeno; n es 0, i ó 2; o a una sal de adición ácida farmacéuticamente adecuada de la misma. Se ha encontrado que los presentes compuestos son antagonistas del receptor NK-3 de alta potencia para el tratamiento de la depresión, dolor, psicosis, Parkinson, esquizofrenia, ansiedad y trastorno de déficit de atención e hiperactividad (ADHD).
