Abstract

La invención se refiere a un miembro de fricción para un disco de un embrague en seco, que incluye una guarnición de fricción (3) adherido a una parte intermedia (6), en la cual se forman agujeros después de haber adherido dicha guarnición y dicha parte intermedia para permitir la unión con remaches (7), e incluyen una primera porción de grosor e1 en la guarnición (3) y de diámetro constante d1 y una segunda porción de grosor e2 + e3 y de diámetro menor a d1, a fin de definir una superficie de refrentado (31) sobre la cual se apoye un extremo de un remache (7) después del ensamblaje, en donde el grosor e2 de la guarnición en la segunda parte de los agujeros representa entre el 2 el 15% del grosor total e1 + e2 de la guarnición de fricción (3); la invención se refiere también a un método asociado.
