Abstract
Un dispositivo de monitoreo de una solución de urea para uso automotriz desplegado conjuntamente con el tanque de urea de un vehículo con reducción catalítica selectiva. Se puede generar una señal RF de una frecuencia constante a través de un circuito resonante, el cual puede incluir un inductor y un condensador de trazas del PCT, o similar. La radiación electromagnética se propaga en la solución de urea para uso automotriz en el tanque de urea. Las propiedades de conductividad y dieléctricas del liquido cambian la impedancia del condensador discreto/de rastros y/o del inductor discreto/de rastros. Estos cambios son proporcionales al contenido de amoniaco, a la temperatura y/o el nivel de la solución de urea en el tanque de urea y de preferencia son detectados por un micro controlador o aditamento similar, y posteriormente transmitidos al sistema de mando automático del motor de un vehículo con reducción catalítica selectiva o dispositivo similar.
