Abstract

Posibilitará el aumento de la capacidad productiva de la máquina de moldeado de soplado convencional, a partir del aprovechamiento del espacio disponible en su interior, más específicamente, el aprovechamiento del espacio disponible en la dirección del curso nominal de apertura y de cierre de la línea de distribución de las cavidades de molde original de la máquina de soplado, y a través del cual será posible el aumento en montaje de las líneas de distribución de las cavidades de moldes, que serán dispuestas paralelamente entre sí, en la dirección del curso nominal de apertura y de cierre de los moldes, siendo que, para ello, el molde de soplado, ahora propuesto, incorpora una constructividad que permite un desplazamiento conjunto de las mitades laterales e intermedias iguales que componen las cavidades de moldes, de forma que se neutraliza la fuerza que tiende a promover la apertura de las mitades de las cavidades de moldes contiguos, que es generada por la presión neumática introducida, mediante picos de soplado, en el interior de los "parisons" que están dispuestos en las cavidades de los moldes, sin que exista necesidad de alteración de fuerza de compresión necesaria para mantener el cierre de las mesadas porta-moldes de la máquina de soplado.
