Abstract
Un método para fabricar un dispositivo anti-erupción de leva incluye analizar un primer modelo de un dispositivo anti-erupción de leva, identificar regiones de concentración de alta tensión en el primer modelo a una condición de carga seleccionada, construir el dispositivo anti-erupción de leva y reforzar en forma selectiva las regiones de concentración de alta tensión correspondientes al dispositivo anti-erupción de leva fabricado. Otras modalidades incluyen un dispositivo anti-erupción de leva que tiene un cuerpo, un orificio vertical a través del cuerpo, un orificio horizontal a través del cuerpo que interseca con el orificio vertical, dos montajes de leva dispuestos en el orificio horizontal en los lados opuestos del cuerpo, en donde los montajes de leva se adaptan para el movimiento lateral controlado desde y hacia el orificio vertical, y en donde un porción del cuerpo se refuerza en forma selectiva.
