Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para montar un grupo de partes integrantes y comprende los siguientes pasos de procedimiento: proveer las piezas sueltas en recipientes (3) separados, en donde a cada recipiente (3) está asignada una unidad de control y detección, la cual tiene un elemento de detección como un sensor, mediante el cual se controla la toma de una pieza suelta del recipiente (3); realizar los pasos de montaje, en donde se detecta para cada paso de montaje la pieza suelta requerida para éste mediante la activación del elemento de detección en el respectivo recipiente (3) y se controla la toma correcta de la pieza suelta del recipiente (3) mediante la unidad de control y detección; montar el grupo de partes integrantes en un dispositivo de montaje (8), en donde se ensambla mediante los pasos individuales de montaje el grupo de partes integrantes en el dispositivo de montaje (8) por pasos; en donde el dispositivo de montaje (8) tiene un conjunto de sensores, mediante el cual se controla si están presentes las piezas sueltas requeridas para la conformación del grupo de partes integrantes.
