Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con postres congelados los cuales pueden estar libres de aditivos. También se relaciona con un procedimiento para la elaboración de dicho postre congelado que comprende la etapa de fermentar proteínas de leche con microorganismos lo que proporciona heteroexopilisacáridos y por lo tanto se evita el uso de aditivos como espesantes y/o estabilizantes.
