Abstract

Se proporciona un material cementoso que incluye un componente a base de fosfato y un componente alcalino térreo. El componente ion alcalino térreo tiene como fuente principal una fuente de ion calcio de aluminato de calcio, de hepta-aluminato dodeca cálcico o de aluminato tricálcico. El óxido de magnesio que ha sido fundido y triturado hasta un tamaño de menos de 200 micras, solo o en combinación con la fuente de ion calcio de aluminato de calcio, también se proporciona como el componente ion alcalino térreo. Cuando el componente a base de fosfato y los componentes ion alcalino térreo se combinan en las proporciones apropiadas, se obtiene una estructura rígida. También se proporciona una formulación de material cementoso que tiene una solución de fosfato ácido acuoso como parte B y una fuente de ion alcalino térreo como una parte A que incluye aluminato de calcio, óxido de magnesio o una combinación de ellos. Otros aditivos incluyen aditivo fosfato insoluble mejorado de resistencia, un supresor de reacción de impureza metálica, viscosificantes, agentes antiespumantes y similares.
