Description

PERFECTED WEDDING FOR THE REGENERATION OF MARINE FUNDS D E S C R I P C I O N OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The invention refers, as expressed in the wording of the present specification, to an improved wedge for the regeneration of sea beds that contributes to the function to which advantages and characteristics are assigned, apart from others inherent to its organization and constitution, which will be described in detail below, which represent an innovative alternative and / or improvement to what is already known in this field.
Specifically, the object of the invention consists of a wedge specially designed for its deposition on the seafloor, especially sandy type, in adjacent and optionally staggered groups of various units, the relevant studies of technical feasibility and environmental impact , according to a barrier that allows the regeneration of beaches, coastal areas and sea beds in a natural and progressive way, without representing aggressive actions on these areas.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION It is well known that periodic storms, changes in the flow of currents, or the potential rise in sea level, cause and cause in the not so distant future, among other adverse effects, the withdrawal of the sands from our beaches, with the consequently I plunder from the ecological point of view.
The main current solution for the regeneration of the beaches is the use of deep-sea dredging boats, which although of rapid execution, cause unpredictable damage to marine biodiversity, to the point of being exposed to multiple sanctions by different organisms Community There is, however, some example of alternative regeneration system, it should be noted in this regard, that the petitioner himself is already the owner of a utility model in which a regenerative wedge of seabed is described, which nevertheless presents a series of shortcomings in terms of configuration, structure and design likely to improve, to achieve higher levels of efficiency enhancing its regenerative function, such as its internal structure, its lateral coupling for the formation of bermuda or its anchoring system for transport and placement, among others.
It should be mentioned, therefore, that the petitioner is unaware of the existence of an improved wedge for the regeneration of sea beds that presents technical, structural and constitutive characteristics similar to those recommended by the present invention, which aims to solve the aforementioned drawbacks presenting the systems currently known for the same purpose.
EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION Thus, the perfected wedge proposed by the invention is an obvious novelty within its field of application, since its use provides a solution to the problem described not only for the sandy regeneration of beaches, but also for their conservation only by natural means and without any negative ecological impact.
Specifically, the perfected wedge that the invention advocates, and by which, as mentioned, a regeneration of the sandy seabed naturally occurs, is constituted by a body of considerable volume and appreciable weight, since which must be able to withstand the forces of the marine waves to which it will be subjected, configured from a ferric structure or frame in the shape of a wedge, composed of a succession of parallel triangles of iron rod joined by electrowelded mesh and linked to them , the assembly of the frame being preferably coated with marine-concrete of class Illb according to the EHE instruction, so that it has a flat base, a rear wall perpendicular to said base and a front face ascending slightly concave slope.
Said slope, in order to optimize the work with the marine currents, will not be higher than 37 °, having in characteristic form throughout its length a plurality of horizontal steps or terraces, superimposed and parallel, so that the front face of The wedge has a serrated surface that favors the suction, drainage and elevation of sandy sediments.
Said body or wedge advantageously also has means to promote the joining and coupling of laterally and consecutively several units to configure the barrier of natural generation, consisting of a tongue and groove system formed by a cavity in one of its side walls and a protuberance in the opposite, of dimensions and shape suitable for said function.
The wedge of the invention, also has lifting means that facilitate its transport and placement, consisting of rings that protrude on its front face and that are part of the internal metal structure thereof, given the high weight they must support, as well as in a rod or harpoon of considerable recreational dimensions that anchor close to the coast, thus preventing these from negatively deteriorating the seabed, and otherwise prevents the harmful action of the drag weight, acting as a deterrent.
Said harpoon, also has in its lower part separate projections intended to allow the optional placement of additional elements such as underwater cameras, etc.
The rear face of the wedge of the invention also incorporates a plurality of cylindrical cavities, arranged in a precise manner, designed to act as an artificial reef, serving as a nursery for fry and favoring the regeneration of marine fauna.
In this way, the regeneration of the seabed is achieved by depositing a plurality of wedges on the seafloor, forming a chain or barrier, in number, location and precise dimensions for each specific area to be regenerated, whose exact specifications of measurements, unit weight, angle and curvature of incidence, number of positioning and dimensions of accumulation terraces, will be determined by the previous study carried out by the competent body in the area.
Thus, the sandy sediments on the front face of the barrier, formed by the lateral juxtaposition of a certain number of wedges, and thanks to the existence in them of the previously described terraces that have on their front face, will go in continuous and gradual ascension, by hydrodynamics of flow of the marine current, creating a precise turbulence with elevation and directional movement of the sandy granules deposited previously in said terraces, until finally being deposited in the rear face, perpendicular to the seabed of the own wedge , with the consequent elevation of the sandy seabed and the corresponding recovery of the beach or coast.
The new improved wedge for the regeneration of sea beds represents, therefore, an innovative structure of structural and constitutive characteristics unknown until now for this purpose, reasons that together with its practical totality, provide it with sufficient grounds to obtain the privilege of exclusivity that is requested.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complement the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, the descriptive specification is included, as an integral part thereof, of a set of plans, in which illustrative and non-restrictive the following has been represented: Figure number 1 shows a perspective view of the internal structure that forms the improved wedge of the invention.
Figure number 2. - Shows a side perspective view of the wedge in which its external configuration is appreciated as well as the protuberance of the tongue and groove system that it incorporates.
Figure number 3. - Shows a perspective view of the wedge shown in figure 2 from the opposite side, in this case appreciating the cavity of said tongue and groove system.
Figure number 4. - It shows a detail of the central rear part of the wedge, appreciating here, in addition to the harpoon of mooring, the cavities for nursery.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION In view of the aforementioned figures and in accordance with the numbering adopted, an example of a preferred embodiment of the perfected wedge for the regeneration of sea beds comprising the parts indicated and described below can be observed therein.
Thus, as seen in such figures, the wedge in question is essentially constituted by a body (1), configured from a structure or frame (2), iron wedge-shaped, composed of a succession of triangles (3). ) iron rod parallels joined by welded mesh (4) and bonded to them, the whole of the frame being preferably coated with marine-concrete, so that it adopts, in sizes and shapes that vary according to each need, the shape of a wedge, having a flat base (5), a rear wall (6), perpendicular to said base, and a front face (7) ascending slightly concave slope, said slope not exceeding 37 °.
Said front face (7), is provided along its entire length of a plurality of steps or terraces (8) horizontal, superimposed and parallel, so that it has a serrated surface that favors the suction, drainage and elevation of sandy sediments.
The body (1) also has means for promoting the joining and coupling of laterally and consecutively several units to configure the barrier of natural generation, consisting of a tongue and groove system formed by a female cavity (9) provided in a of its side walls (10) of suitable shape and dimensions to receive a male protrusion (11) provided in the opposite side wall (12).
The body (1) also has lifting means that facilitate its transport and placement, consisting on the one hand of anchors (13) whose upper part protrudes on its front face and which are added to the metal structure or frame (2) that it integrates the body (1) in its interior, and by another in a rod or harpoon (14) that projects vertically from the central area in its rear wall (6), which is provided with a central hole (15) in the part upper, as well as two projections (16) in the lower part suitable to allow the optional placement of additional elements such as underwater cameras, etc.
Finally, the rear wall (6) of the body (1), has a plurality of cylindrical cavities (17), arranged precisely and with the appropriate depth to act as artificial reef, serving as nursery for fry.
Thus, in a summarized form, the regeneration of the seabed is achieved by depositing on the seafloor a plurality of wedges or bodies (1), suitably attached laterally by introducing the male protrusion (11) into the female cavity (9) of the contiguous body, forming a barrier, in number, location and precise dimensions for house concrete area, and orienting its front face (7) to receive the marine currents, so that the sandy sediments to impact on it and thanks to the terraces ( 8), they will ascend continuously and gradually, until they are deposited in the back wall (6), giving rise to the consequent elevation of the sandy seabed and the corresponding recovery of the beach or coast regenerating it.
Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner of putting it into practice, it is noted that, within its essentiality, it may be implemented in other embodiments that differ in detail from that indicated by way of example. , and which will also reach the protection that is sought provided that is not altered, change or modify its fundamental principle.
