Abstract

En una modalidad, se describe un esquema para enrutar una llamada entrante en un ambiente de red que incluye una red conmutada por circuitos (CS) y una red de subsistema de multimedia (IMS) de IP, en donde la llamada entrante se está dirigiendo a un dispositivo de equipo de usuario (UE) dispuesto en el ambiente de red. Un nodo de red dispuesto en la red de IMS se puede operar para realizar un número de determinaciones con respecto al dominio, estado, aplicabilidad del dispositivo de UE del usuario y/o las normas y preferencias, ubicación, etc., del operador. La llamada entrante se termina en un dominio apropiado (por ejemplo, dominio de CS o dominio de IMS) basándose por lo menos en parte en las determinaciones anteriores.
