Abstract

Esta invencion se relaciona con un miembro sujetador cilindrico para un disco de ruptura resaltado bidireccional. El cuerpo de soporte del sujetador tiene una orilla que sostiene a disco de ruptura con la superficie concava del disco orientada hacia el sujetador. El cuerpo de soporte se proporciona con una pieza unitaria, ranurada centralmente que es de una configuracion generalmente en forma de V en una vista en planta. El elemento de corte tiene un par de componentes de patas convergentes alargadas en donde cada componente de pata se conecta y esta sostenido por la superficie de pared interior del cuerpo sujetador, en donde cada componente de pata tiene un borde cortante arqueado. Los bordes cortantes de los componentes de pata se fusionan en la ranura en el elemento de corte para definir una seccion de pico de borde cortante central. El elemento cortante esta colocado en el sujetador por la seccion de pico de borde cortante que se extiende sobrepasando la orilla del cuerpo de soporte dentro del area concava del disco. El elemento de corte en forma de V funciona para proporcionar una abertura mas completa y mas rapida del disco ante la inversion y acoplamiento con el elemento de corte en comparacion con las unidades cortadoras de hoja de tres cuchillas de disco sobresalientes inversas anteriores. La invencion tiene utilidad especial en aplicaciones de alimentos, bebidas y farmaceuticas que requieren una estructura de disco de ruptura de liberacion de presion higienica.
